This went like clock work. I worked with Tom who did a great job guiding me through the process. I was able to go from start to finish in less than 10 days and have everything installed and ready to go on a Saturday which was great as I did not have to take off of work. We ran into a small issue where we realized that a 33'' sink would not fit and decided to go with a stainless 30'' option. This took a bit to figure out and they were very patient while I contemplated my options. Install crew was professional and on time - they even arrived earlier than expected and forgot to give me a heads up - I was about 15 minutes out and they patiently waited for me until I arrived. I would recommend them for the professionalism and the price - ask for Tom.

When we had it installed, some of the countertops were scratched. They sent technicians out to kind of buff everything but they never really got it all out.

They were professional, careful, used advanced technology and great manners. They were helpful and made sure I was happy with the end result.

I?d like to commend Precision Stone Design?and especially our sales consultant, Tom?for their stellar customer service. After the installation of our quartz counter top was completed, I noticed that the shade of some sections was different than those of another. Tom worked with us to replace the mismatched sections. He kept us informed every step of the way and had the reinstall scheduled in a timely manner. The gentleman who installed the new sections was also a true professional. I could not be happier with our experience with this company.

I was able to find in their remnants 2 pieces for my bathrooms which looks great, and I bought a kitchen countertop which I am happy with. Their measurer is very professional, but their installers could have been better. All in all, I am very happy with them, although some things could have gone smoother: Their installer changed their time on the morning of the installation, they could have used more sealer and prevent me needing to do it myself, they had a mixup and they forgot a backsplash so they had to send someone to bring it. They will also match prices, so its worth it to have a counter offer from another cheap place. I could have gotten it from somewhere who would provide me with perfect service, but it would have cost me double, so I am happy with them.

The quality of the granite is excellent, but their customer service turned out to be even better. After some initial challenges, they went out of their way to ensure I was a satisfied client.

Showroom has a wide selection of materials.;In back are remnants from previous jobs at a discount. Since we needed mostly smallish pieces and wanted to mix/match, the remnants worked out well. And most importantly, Khan, Who handled our purchase, VERY PATEINTLY tolerated my desire to utilize all remnants if I could. The process took far longer because of this choice- we were out there for about 3 hours on three different visits- one day in pounding rain and we got soaked.... digging through the slabs to find usable matching slabs in order to get the cheapest net materials cost. Khan could have said, "This is taking far too long to find you matching pieces. You should just buy slabs. The installers were beyond-patient. They drilled many holes and overall did a beautiful, professional job. The workmanship is lovely. Very satisfied.

What a nightmare, during the installation process my floor was damaged. Also, the holes for the dishwasher were not drilled by the installer. He discouraged us from having holes drilled in the granite, because he was afraid to damage the granite, kept insisting that I have my contractor install the dishwasher from the side using clips, this was not an option because of the design of the dishwasher. Advised my salesperson Jaycee about the damage and the dishwasher installation, she was very helpful in immediately scheduling someone to come and look at the floor, and also schedule the installer to drill the dishwasher holes. The installer never showed up to install the dishwasher and 30 minutes before the scheduled time Jaycee called, apologized and rescheduled telling me her manager would come out and take care it himself. The manager never showed up and no one contacted me about my floor. After waiting for a week, I called Jaycee, she was very defensive and stated that I was not home when they came to do the repairs. When I told her this was incorrect, she checked and confirmed that there was no showed up to do the repairs. She has rescheduled someone to come out again and I hope they show up this time. They are quick to charge your credit card for a 75% deposit and the balance after the installation is completed even though there are outstanding issues from the installation. This company seems to have no sense of urgency and does not seem to understand that customer service is just as important as the product they are selling.

We received quotes from three providers on counters for the built in cabinets in our dining room. Precision Stone was the first to respond and the best price (1/2 the cost of one of the others) so they were an easy choice. They were extremely professional and even though it's a busy time for them, they were able to squeeze us in for both a measure and an install that fit with our hectic schedule. They had a good selection in stock and everything went as they promised upon delivery and install. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for stone tops.

My contractor recommended a stone company that was not returning phone calls and generally not responsive. Our house was a gut redo, and the delays in communication were making me very nervous about the company's reliability. I searched Angie's List, and based on reviews, I called Precision on a Tuesday. Gina answered the phone. I briefly explained my situation. My big question was if they could meet a short deadline for the kitchen. There was an install appt available for the following week which she immediately blocked. I went that afternoon to pick out materials. When I arrived she had samples laid out for me in varying price ranges. We also walked the warehouse to look at slabs and looked at remnants in the lot. Two days later, someone came to my house to measure. My general contractor, his crew, and a bunch of subcontractors watched the laser measure - they were impressed. My kitchen counters were installed 8 calendar days from my initial phone call. Fast forward - Over the next month, I spoke with both Khan and Gina to pick and install two double vanity tops, a powder room counter, bench tops in my kitchen, and some thresholds in showers. My overall experience with customer service, product, etc. was perfect. My husband and I have renovated five houses in the past 20 years. We have hired subs and done the work on our own. This was one of the most professional, responsive companies I have had the pleasure of working with.

Here's the good and bad; They are very friendly and helpful people. I dealt with Bob and he was very professional, responsive and courteous. The installers were prompt and courteous also as was the service person. Actually the service person was outstanding. All of them cleaned up after they were done. If this were just a rating on personal it would be an A all the way. Unfortunately, the person that took the measurements brought some pretty impressive laser measuring equipment ... then had 2 pieces cut wrong. There was 5 pieces total, two were cut right, two were cut wrong, one didn't get cut on time for the installation (in fairness it was added on - but early enough that it should have been there). Anyway, once all the pieces showed up and the service came out to fix a seam, I was pretty happy ... until I put the under cabinet lights in. I understood that granite may have some natural pitting and again, Bob didn't hide that fact he was very honest, but once the under cabinet lights came on, its very noticeable and a lot more than I anticipated. I was wondering why it always feels like there is a little gravel on the counter top no matter how much I clean it ... it not on top its all the little marks. I think the people were helpful and honest and the pricing was better than anywhere else I looked, but I was disappointed with the final product. My advice would be to go and look, but 1.) Educate yourself on what to look for 2.) Inspect the slab personally and closely 3.) Mark and insist that your counters are cut from that exact piece 4.)Inspect the pieces again before installation. I would shop here again but I would also be very careful before purchasing.

I had just purchased a home that had been a rental property. The kitchen was in desperate need of updating. I walked into Precision Stone on a Sunday afternoon and talked with Sonny. He gave me good guidance in selecting a beautiful granite slab. The quote he gave me was right in my budget. The best part was they came out and measured on a Wednesday and installed on Monday (thanks to JC's scheduling). I love walking into my kitchen now. These guys are perfectionist. Awesome job. Highly recommend.

It went fine and they did great work. The guy was super nice and provided us with alternate designs for our kitchen and bath. We thought they would give us a free up 3D plan since this was a big project. The estimate was between 40 to 50,000 dollars. They did come out within a week or 2 after the purchase. We had a feeling that they wasn't paying attention to some of the comments we had for our kitchen and bath design. They came in with their vision of what a kitchen redesign should look like without hearing what we were willing to spend for a kitchen and bathroom redesign.

They did it relatively quickly too. I ordered it on 12/15 and they installed it on 12/23.

Wanted to update our fireplace hearth - so looked at Angies, then called Gina at Precision. Went to their showroom on a Saturday - Gina had Sunny prepared to meet with us. Within an hour we had picked the stone and scheduled a measure date with Sunny. Measure man came out and measured and had our stone installed a few weeks later. Results are most impressive. This was- by my own admission - a tricky, one piece hearth stone that had to fit into a corner which had six faces to the template. Installer - Jesus - arrived with one man and had the stone set in place within a half hour. The fit is perfect, and the stone is beautiful. Many thanks to Gina, Sunny and Jesus for a great job!!! Would highly recommend them, and hope to have them back for some kitchen counters next year!!!

Good price, good quality stone, precise dimensions, quick in and out install and finish. Showroom easy to browse. Stone slabs stacked in the back of the showroom, which is easy to pick from. Final product was delivered precisely as measured.

bathroom countertops are good. But in the kitchen area there is 2/3'' of gap between the stone and wall. Even though the measurements were done with laser, there are still gaps. After notifying the company, no actions were taken and i was told that backsplash would cover it. I had to change the backsplash tiles to accommodate this.

We did not have the opportunity to use them but they offered a great deal.

The counters were installed professionally, no problem there. There were 2 large pieces of granite required in the kitchen, and they obviously didn't make any effort to match the 2 pieces, so the granite on one side of our kitchen is much darker than on the other side. As they were walking out the door, they said that the pieces would match once the sealant dried - but it doesn't.

I bought the Deal and everything went great! They were helpful and did a great job. I would use them again, or recommend them to family or friends.

I spent about $3000. I thought they were pretty easy to work with, the time frame was kind of short but they were able to come out, measure and install. Their price was reasonable for what we got, they cracked the counter when they installed it but they were able to re-cut the slab and fix it. It looks beautiful. They made sure it was perfect before they took off.

We had a few contacts, and at all times they were professional and trying to help. However we just opted not to get countertops at the time.

It was okay. The installation was a little sloppy but the material was good.

No issues, scheduled as was convenient for me. Showed up as scheduled, spent time to make sure everything was correct. They look great.

The company is going to come out to measure and we may decide to use them. They could not honor the coupon because we did not order the minimum amount required to use the coupon. They were up front and honest about it when we called to schedule the appointment, and they were very professional on the phone.
