The whole project went very well and according to schedule with no major surprises.

The price was right and my countertops look great. The team that installed the countertops was very hardworking and professional. There was an issue with my stove top cutout (it's off center), but they responded to my phone call promptly and are coming back to fix the mistake. I expect that everything will be perfect once the repair is complete. I really liked the plumber they contract with. He was top notch.

I have heard they do very good work, but they were too busy to manage my work. I bought a bath plan from them and it took weeks to get it and i never got the final product.

Overall, it went very well. The Saturday appt. was easy to schedule and the designer was on-time. After discussing the long term usage of the master bath and the property, the designer actually recommended that we not do any type of major renovations except for changing the paint color and the light fixtures. Very good news since we were planning on replacing most of the tile, vanity and cabinets. He was very honest and did not try and pressure us to commit to a major project. Money well spent for an objective opinion.

I've only done the estimate and plans so far. I've been very sick in the last year, leukemia. I had to take an early retirement and am trying to see what I can swing financially. I was very Happy with their service! They were courteous and understanding.

The install was very professional and quick. Prescision Stone was very accomodating by bringing out samples of the different types of granite during the measurement. Then because I did not have time to look at the individual slabs, Precision Stone was willing to shoot some picutres and describe to me some of the differences in the granite. I always got very quick responses via email everything was very professionaly done from the communication to the installation to the cut of the granite. Overall I was very impressed - it is the one part of my home remodel that has gone excatly according to plan!

They came out, did measurements & talked with us about what we wanted but it's been a trial getting the designs I've paid for back from them. So far I've gotten one back for the kitchen. I got it on December 6th - 6 or 7 weeks after the original visit when he told me it would only take a couple weeks to get both designs back. The design I received doesn't seem very professional - doesn't look like an architect did it. It is definitely below expectations. I'm still waiting on the second design after repeatedly contacting them about this. I'm asking Angie's List for help.

My husband and I are slowly preparing our condo to put on the market, and we have agreed for some time now that to be competitive with the other units in our building we needed to upgrade our kitchen counter tops. I received an Angie's List Big Deal e-mail and thought it would be a good opportunity to do it. The pre-installation process was a little bit jarring - the gentleman who initially took our measurements had apparently not submitted them to the sales team when I went to the showroom to select the granite, so I had to wait for the estimate - this wasn't a big deal, but it was slightly disconcerting. When I was at the showroom, the young man who explained all of the options to me mentioned that a new sink would be included unless we upgraded to a nicer sink (somewhere in the neighborhood of $45 for the upgrade). When I received the estimate, however, the sink I chose was included at a price of $260. When I inquired, I was told that you can't combine special offers. I'm glad I thoroughly reviewed the estimate, because I ended up buying my own sink online for $130 less (it's a great sink, by the way). The men who installed the counter tops were very nice and helpful; they noticed that our existing faucet would need a special attachment for use with an undermount sink so I was able to get to Home Depot before the plumber came to re-connect everything. They worked quickly and were courteous. The plumber was similarly helpful - when choosing where the garbage disposal would go and which way to orient the faucet on the counter top, he was quick to provide guidance on why it made more sense to do things a certain way. Considering that I have never re-modeled a kitchen before I was very appreciative. After he left, we had a beautiful new counter top. It was definitely a worthwhile experience, and I felt the sales staff was pleasant and generally professional (but not particularly friendly, which isn't really a deal-breaker but made me feel a little bit uncomfortable). I am truly pleased with the results and would recommend them.

The work has not been performed yet. I will not schedule this to be done until after the new year but so far I am very satisfied with the communications back and forth.

I purchased a service for a bathroom design. The guy who came was very nice and professional and gave good advice. But he was clearly overloaded and the turn around time was long as was time to respond to emails. And I never got the final changes to the plan. I lost a lot of time in the remodel hoping for these plans. I cant comment on their product or remodeling work, but they seem too busy right now.

Took 2 weeks to get plan to us - 1 week overdue with 2 client follow-ups needed. Estimate was far too expensive for our needs which indicated to us that provider did not closely listen to / determine our needs.

They service we received was prompt and professional. We were able to pick out granite pieces for 4 bathrooms from the remanents. The worked was performed according to schedule. We are very happy with the granite, the workmanship, and the installation.

We made an appointment with Tim Spriggs. He cancelled the first appointment with short notice due to car problem. He was punctual on the second appointment. He was friendly and offered suggestions. We received the plans within 1 1/2 week.

We had a good experience with Precision Stone Design A couple shop fabrication miscuts required the team of 3 to work extra hours and modify the top in the field/ The good news is they made the modification with perfection. They spent more time they figured, but they worked hard from the minute they walked into the door until they left (8 hours later). They cleaned up after themselves as well. The price we could of gotten a little cheaper, but we are glad we went with Precision Stone.

Professionalism was evident upfront. However once we left the store, delayed responses to queries. Once contract finalized, the professionalism was evident again. Measurement appointment was flawless and so was the installation. However, the sink cutout was not up to par and could have been better. Follow up was good.

The overall process was very smooth. They had a very fast turn around and a huge selection to choose from. It was almost overwhelming the amount of choices in quartz/granite/marble colors.

This was a terrific experience and a relatively quick one as well. My initial phone call requesting an estimate was placed on September 18 and installation took place on October 10th. I placed the original call based on some local ads, but then I received the Angie's List email describing the discount coupons. When my wife and I visited the Precision Stone Design office, I mentioned to Sunny, our sales guy, that I was an Angie's List member and was aware of the coupons. He said he would calculate the price both with and without the coupons and the coupon price was $500 less. So, the bottom line is that we received 107 sq ft of "Caledonia" granite (6 seperate pieces with 2 seams), 40 feet of backsplash, removal and disposal of our old counter tops, 1 stainless steel bar sink, a double-bowl Blanco undermount Granite sink and a cut-out for our Viking cooktop. This was all installed for $4376.00, including the $198 for the two Angie's List coupons. We had several estimates from other suppliers which were all at least $2000.00 more. My only job was to hook up the sinks and install the two new faucets we purchased. We are totally satisfied with the experience and wold recommend Precision Stone Design to anyone.

Tim came out to the house, listened to our comments, and submitted a kitchen plan two, or three weeks later. We were looking for a plan sooner than that, so we hooked up with another company. We had high hopes, and he promised to do the entire addition, but it never panned out. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional, but I think that he needed more time. Shirley was supposed to call him to relay that information.

Everything went perfect with Precision Stone Design. They did everything great right from the beginning.

The selection process was fast and easy, they showed up to measure as expected and on time. The wait/delivery time was as advised and the crew showed up on time to install. The installation went as planned, including have the plumber install the faucets. From start to finish, the work and quality was excellent.

The granite counters were outstanding. The seams were invisible and they used massive pieces, which I was able to see for myself. Great price. My only complaint is with the subcontractor they used to install the sink and existing stove top. The faucet, which was relatively new, leaked and we were charged extra by the subcontractor that we had to pay directly.

We actually started out with Stone City and WOW am I glad I joined Angie's List. Stone City gave us a quote that was supposed to be good for 90-days. When I called they were unresponsive and I had to call again and again and send emails and then when they did respond they increased the quote and this was within the 90-days! This prompted us to try Angie's List. We searched for Stone City and the reviews made us immediately burn the quote. We went with Precision Stone. They were prompt and timely and came out twice to measure. Their work was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

As stated above, I drove to their place of business, picked out the granite I wanted, and left the faucet I will use so they could drill the correct holes. I came back the next week to pick it up. They were very courteous and loaded it in my car. It looks lovely. Now to have my husband and son's install it! Next week. Sherry Weddle

Good service. However, I am not sure the $500 off coupon actually was worth buying. I lost all the free upgrades so the price was not improved.
