Description of Work: We went to their showroom for a quote. First of all they made it clear that with Angie's list coupon free sink or other promotion will be void. And then, their $500 delivery fee looks like they just added it to off-set the Big Deal coupon value. I don't see that fee from quotes I got from other companies. Lastly, granite colors on their website marked as SALE are not available. They said they can buy that color from their supplier but the price won't be the SALE price on their website.

Description of Work: DON'T RECALL THE DATE THEY CAME OUT TO MEASURE THE COUNTER AND WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE WELL OVER $2000.00. WE COULDN'T AFFORD THAT SO WE NEVER GOT BACK TO THEM. ALSO, I HAD A LOT OF HEALTH PROBLEMS DURING AND AFTER THAT TIME AND FORGOT TO TRY TO GET A REFUND. I BELIEVE SOMEONE AT THAT COMPANY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND US BUT I CAN'T SWEAR TO IT AND LIKE I SAID WITH MY HEALTH PROBLEMS I JUST FORGOT TO TRY. IT WOULD BE NICE TO GET THE MONEY REFUNDED, IF POSSIBLE.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal on Oct. 11, 2012 emailed Precision Stone Design for an appointment. Gina Saran from Precision Stone Design had forward me Tim Spriggs contact information so I can contact him about setting up an appointment. Tim was late to the appointment due to his car broke down. (not a problem) then we told him we were looking to update our kitchen after the holidays. Tim said not a problem and I will send you my kitchen design for you to look at. Jan 23,2013 I emailed Tim reminding him of our kitchen he said okay I will email you your designs. Tim had emailed designs but not of my kitchen. I emailed him back and told him they are not my kitchen he said sorry about the mix up and "I will have it you soon" (that was 1/26/13) I have not heard from him since.

The cost for the remodel seemed fair for the work to be performed, but I decided to wait until I can afford what I want before contracting any remodel. Description of Work: We purchased granite countertop from this company.The sales staffs were very knowledgeable and helpful in the selection process. We went back to their show room several times to see various samples in the showroom and their warehouse. The sales staffs explained the different types of stones and the costs related to the countertop we planned to buy. Very straight forward and no hidden cost. Their price is less than other and reasonable. A good selection of materials. We selected our granite and our sales rep, Sunny, did a layout for us to make sure we can visualize the pattern and avoid any fault in the granite. The installation crew arrived on time and did a great job installing the countertop even with the slight curve in our wall. We think we made the right choice in the granite and the company to buy the countertop from. Overall, a very good experience.
