We had original single pane picture windows in the front of our home that were not functional and were not efficient. We got in contact with Peter and he helped pick a new style and window to allow us to get a breeze in the front of our house. He was really professional with keeping us up to date throughout the process and gave very reasonable prices. We ended up replace 4 large windows with 6 smaller windows. If we replace any others or even doors we will call Peter.

Peter did a great job installing new windows for our home, also front (main) door. He was always on time, great communication, but most important, professional installation. The windows look great. If we’re ever in need of new windows/doors, we’ll definitely call Peter for the job!

I was shopping around for window estimates for over a decade and could never pull the trigger because of the large expense. Then during COVID my friend introduced me to his neighbor, Peter, of Pat builders Inc. He showed me the windows that he had installed in his own home and they were of high end quality (I work in the window industry so I know :). So I invited him to my home and he gave me a quote and it turned out to be about 10 grand less than my lowest quote and I finally pulled the trigger. Peter was very professional, always cleaned up after himself, and the finished install was flawless down to the tiniest details and he went above and beyond what was expected. Since the install 3 years ago I've noticed incredible savings in my heating and air conditioning bills... No more window drafts and no more foggy and frosty windows. I have already recommended him to three other friends that have used him and all have been highly satisfied with his work and especially his pricing.
