+ -1 moreHired to do a repeat job to copy previous decorative window they did 5 yrs prior. After submitting credit card they charged full amount instead of 50% down without receiving back a signed scheduled contract and thereafter proceeded to re-charge thousands again a 3rd time after having a paid in full invoice. When I called to let them know, I was laughingly told “No we did NOT charge you again” as I’m looking at 3 charges of thousands on my account. Basically called a liar, not given an apology for thousands in overcharge assuring you fix, but instead told to calm down and don’t raise my voice. Took weeks to resolve never receiving apology and ended up canceling and hiring someone else. Would never recommend.

+ 0 moreThey are very professional, but I would not recommend them because nobody should ever have offered to repair something that would result in a noncompliance with current standards. I am glad I did not use this company because first of all, they don't keep up with current codes of compliance for safety standards in wrought iron metal railings. Second, even when they presented an estimate to replace the railing, they came in at triple the dollar amount that I paid another company.
Description of Work: called for an initial estimate and they arrived very punctual. Gave an estimate to repair an antiquted iron railing for a raised ranch on my rental property (built in 1964) that had come loose. They did not know the railing was out of compliance with current village standards. It had a gap of 12 inches which could have strangled my current tenant's 15 month old baby. It was also less than 36 inches high which is the current standard. They offered to fix it for $220.00. I found out that I was out of compliance by contacting another company who ended up doing the work for me. Had it not been for the other company bringing the matter to my attention, I could have made a big mistake and had the railing repaired and tightened instead of replaced entirely.

+ -1 moreI didn t look into them any further than an initial estimate due to the price I felt it was high and wanted to reach out to additional companies. Had their price been more in line with the front runners; I would have had additional conversations and perhaps a meeting to determine my final decision.
Description of Work: The proposal was for the fabrication and installation of iron work including 4 rear stair rails, 1 faux balcony rail and a three piece entrance rail. They were fairly simple, but hammered style. Pieces would be wet primed where needed, and powder coated black or brown. The estimate was $6989, or $7416 if the rails were sandblasted prior to powder coating.
