+ -1 moreOnce you finally get the tile, it is nice.
Description of Work: We needed tile for our bathrooms. Donna is very unprofessional. She does not respond, is always flustered and is very inconsistent. The problem is we love the tile they provide but wish they had some better staff. I would not count on Donna to respond and this causes horrible lead times. Not a good experience. Specifically Donna handles other clients during your appointment with her. She does not respond to email and she handles payments inconsistently. Charges one way the first time and another the next.

+ -1 moreMid-America Tile has a really extensive selection of tile for all uses. The sales people are really knowledgeable and helpful in the selection process and come up with many options and considerations. The product quality is very good, but tends to be a little pricey. Call for an appointment, but be prepared to wait. Popular place and the sales staff take their time with each customer and don't rush from one person to another.
Description of Work: Purchased backsplash tile and accent pieces for new kitchen.
