Description of Work: This firm definitely acquired too many customers through the sale offer through Angie's to be able to provide reliable service. Service so far has been very slow, as long as eighteen hours past the end of a snowfall, causing them to arrive in late hours (after midnight the first time) and disturb my neighbors (who certainly let me hear of their displeasure) with the sound of their snowblowers. To their credit, they have tried to be responsive, but seem overwhelmed. I am by no means the cranky reviewer who finds fault everywhere, but as this is my first experience with an Angie's List client, my disappointment in this recommended provider is certain.
