Issue was due to pump being incorrectly installed by different plumbing company. They fixed the issue and didn't try to get me to just buy a new pump like some companies would.

J & S Plumbing went far beyond my expectations! Plus they asked a fair prices, were so friendly and nice, and worked quickly and neatly.
Description of Work: I needed my sump pump ejector drain pipe replaced, It had been done years ago with that corrugated black pipe and tree roots kept growing in to it and clogging it. I decided to replace the whole pipe from the outside of my house to the sidewalk, where the village is responsible. J & S Plumbing gave me an estimate (which was exactly what I paid). They were patient as I tried to work with Julie and the utilities, which got to be a hassle. Finally we had a "Go" date and J & S Plumbing came out the next day right at 800 a.m. as they said they would. They had to hand dig the whole project due to the proximity of the natural gas line. They were very careful, dug the trench, took out the old pipe (and disposed of it) and put in the new. They also tied one gutter downspout to the pipe so as to avoid ice on my driveway. They not only replaced all the dirt and put back the grass, but they also watered it down and stamped it down. The crew was so polite and neat and SO friendly! I would hire then again in a heartbeat and highly recommend J & S Plumbing to everyone.

They were quick to respond and luckily happen to be able to swing by that morning. They were able to fix an issue I didn't know I had and the one I called them out for. It's been nearly a month and no other issues nor any reoccurring issue.
Description of Work: I feared I had a water hammer situation but turned out to be a failed shower cartridge. They manage to find a leak in the other bathroom and was able to get both fixed in a couple hours.

Excellent job. Installed shower head, rotted-out tub, re-seated wobbly toilet seat. Very quick. Also looked at some other plumbing issues around the house I was concerned about and they confirmed I had no problem and did not need to spend additional money to fix a prythat did not exist. Get second opinion on the issue and price. Called them for a kitchen sink in one of our units, suggestion was that the issue is on the buildings main line.$2.089 later nothing resolved. Followed up to see if their work has any warranty, quick answer was no. Months after we called two other plumbing companies for estimate- both said our issue has no relation to what was done on that main line. Suggestion on a hydro jetting main sewer @ $3,000 from J & S Plumbing, we got it done for $1,250. I understand all businesses are out there to make money, but please be fair to customers. No one deserves to be lied to and taken advantage of.
Description of Work: Standing water on a kitchen sink They charged $289 and problem not solved, how can they make some quick and more money, suggesting a bigger problem that HOA would need to pay, $1800 for jetting main line, and it has been confirmed from experts that there was no need for that

It went well. Plumber came in and gave me an assessment/quote. I was pressed for time and at $100 for just a quote… might as well just get it done. Plumber went to work with no issues. Great guy and would recommend Mike if anyone asks.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Jon`s employee mislead and packed $93 ( $300 total) from my elderly mom, who does`t speak English very well. When I spoke with the plumber over FaceTime with my mom he quoted me for $239 charged her $300 and as he was leaving left a receipt for $207. Didn't do what he was asked to do. Left after 15min. Thankfully we have cameras. When I called the office they said they will get back to me. They never did. After emailing them with all the details owner JON called me 3times screaming and harassing me that I am incorrect on everything. Telling me that my mom paid them $220. Very dishonest and unprofessional.
