Very well. They were very prompt and professional - both on the phone and in person. I dealt with 3 different people - the woman who answered the phone and arranged for someone to call me with an estimate. Wayne then called the next day (or maybe even later the same day) to give me an estimate and tell me details of the service they would provide. We set up a date and time for service - which was very prompt and professional. So far, we have seen results, but they will come back for an additional treatment for half within 90 days if they aren't totally gone.

I have never had to call International Exterminating, to have them come back. They are always very informative and answer all of the questions I have. They are very knowledgeable and very careful people.

I was very satisfied with this company. They were able to do the work using a special powdery spray, because of the allergies in the house and pets. The results nevertheless, were still great even though they used something else for the job.

The first thing that I liked about them is that I have the same exterminator for every visit, and I am quite familiar and comfortable having him do the work for me. The customer service is always excellent and the work is always effective.

We thought we had bed bugs, and quickly learned that 1) bed bug eradication is very costly, and 2) many companies won't touch bed bug projects. I got on the phone with Patrick at International Exterminator, and as I described the bug I'd captured, he asked, am I sure it's a bed bug? Of course I'm sure! Maybe. He suggested I come by the office with my bed bug so they could take a look at it. Come to find out, it wasn't a bed bug, it was a beetle larva. We looked at it under his microscope; they even got a chair so my bug-loving son could stand on that and look in the microscope. I now think (and fervently hope)that our bites are due to an outbreak in this area of itch mite. What a relief! Patrick was kind and knowledgeable, and highly professional. He spent time with me on the phone and in the office. His secretary was warm and welcoming.

Arrived. Did a thorough job. Explained what he had done. Discussed possible additional treatments but recommended that it probably wasn't needed at this time unless we wanted it done.

Went very well. I scheduled the appointment with Wayne who was extremely friendly and actually knew what "carpenter bees" were. (I called the two "name brand" exterminators and the call center operator I was connected to in both cases did not have a clue about carpenter bees). The day that the work was scheduled it rained! Wayne called promptly and canceled. Then he made sure to call me back immediately on the next available sunny day and rescheduled. Jim showed up (early!) to do the work and finished so quickly and efficiently, I scarcely had time to write the check. I thought the price was a little high, but truthfully, I didn't shop around. It might be just about right and the service, I thought, was exceptional!

We started hearing scratching when the weather turned cold and thought we might have mice. We picked International Exterminator because of their high Angie's List rating, their location to our home and their number of years in business. We called for an appointment, and the person answering the phone was friendly and asked us a lot of questions about what we were experiencing...they talked to my husband and tried to give ideas over the phone for what it could be, and explained what the process would be once the technician arrived. We were able to get an appointment for just a few days later. The technician arrived early, which we appreciated since it was a work day and we had to get back to the office. The technician was very friendly, thorough, and shared lots of tips during the inspections. Turns out our home doesn't show evidence of an infestation but they baited just in case we get some stray mice coming in during winter. We would use them again if we have mice or insect problems.

They are wonderful to work with. It is the second time I have used them (two years ago). They will advise on how to best handle the problem. They are very professional and personable, and it is comfortable having them in your home.

MY PHONE CALL TO THE COMPANY WAS ANSWERED BY A PERSON, SO I WAS IMMEDIATELY ABLE TO VERIFY THEY WERE IN MY AREA, THEY WERE ABLE TO GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN DAYS. THE ESTIMATOR WAS THOROUGH, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING, AND WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO PRESENT RECURRENCE OF THE PROBLEM. PLUS BESIDES BEING VERY PROFESSIONAL, HE WAS ALSO VERY PLEASANT AND PERSONABLE.

We had ants. International Exterminators could not tell us when they could come out till the day after I called. When the first day they had available (6 days later) didn't work for us, they were supposed to call us back and confirm an appointment for the next day. They didn't call back to confirm so I cancelled. I thought the price was high, ($193) with no guarantee. I was advised to be patient if we continued to see ants for 4-6 weeks and then if we saw ants after that they would come back at a ''reduced'' rate which was not discussed. Also, we watch our grandchildren and were told to have all of them out of the house when the spraying took place. Other companies say they use things that are people and pet safe. We like that better, too. The person we talked to on the phone to set up an appointment (Wayne) was very nice but when you have a problem like this you want it taken care of as quickly as possible, not a week later. We have called someone else.

John was on time and professional. I have small kids and he was careful around them. Advised on things I could do to help eliminate he ants. I have used this company in the past and found them great.

Very good. Explained problem and provided effective solution.

John is very friendly and willing to explain his assessment and what he's doing. He really knows his bugs & pests, and is willing to give advice. International has very reasonable price, and the bugs are gone.

This is the second time we have used them. We used them four years ago for mice, and we had no problems again until this year when we found evidence of a few mice again. I immediately called them and they came out two days later. They were on time and took about 1/2 hour to do the work. I appreciated that they were on time since I had to take time off from work to wait for them -- but I would have waited all day just to make sure the problem was taken care of. We have not seen any more evidence and hopefully we won't need to call them for several years.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS EXACTLY ON TIME, WAS VERY HELPFUL, WAS THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING WHAT I COULD DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, AND THE SINGLE TREATMENT SOLVED THE PROBLEM.

FAST AND CONSCIENTIOUS. GUARANTEED WORK AND PROMISED TO COME BACK IF ANTS SHOWED UP AGAIN WITHIN A SEVERAL MONTH PERIOD. IT'S BEEN ONE YEAR AND NO ANTS!

SEEMED LIKE VERY GOOD SERVICE, HELPFUL, THOROUGH, EFFECTIVE. WAS SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT GETTING IN TOUCH--THEY APPARENTLY CONSCIOUSLY LIMIT HOURS AND SERVICES TO WHAT THEY CAN RELIABLY DO. AS A CUSTOMER WHO NEEDS PROBLEMS SOLVED, I WOULD FIND IT HELPFUL IF THEY WERE SOMEWHAT LARGER AND OFFERED MORE SERVICES. I WAS GLAD THERE WERE NO ATTEMPTS TO UPSELL OR PURSUADE US TO SIGN UP FOR CONTRACTS FOR UNNEEDED SERVICES.

THE TECH WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE, AND ASKED ABOUT ANY PETS/SMALL CHILDREN BEFORE APPLYING THE MATERIALS. THE PRICE WAS IN LINE WITH OTHER QUOTES I WAS GIVEN, AND THERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO SIGN A ''CONTRACT'' FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES. VERY PLEASANT.

JUST ONE APPLICATION DID THE JOB, HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS WONDERFUL. I WOULD USE AGAIN. GREAT COMPANY!

I WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT LESS THAN A WEEK FROM WHEN I FIRST CALLED. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, AND PATRICK TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE CHEMICALS USED, AS WELL AS THE NATURE OF THE INSECTS WE WERE DEALING WITH. HE WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. IRWIN WAS PUNCTUAL AND VERY INFORMATIVE. WE HAVE HAD NUMEROUS DEAD BUGS IN THE PAST WEEK (FOLLOWING THE TREATMENT), SO IT SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN VERY EFFECTIVE. WE CAN CHOOSE TO GET A ''TOUCH UP'' IF NEEDED, BUT WE WEREN'T REQUIRED TO BUY A PACKAGE. IRWIN ALSO GAVE US TIPS ON TRYING TO AVOID RE-INFESTATION, THEREBY AVOIDING THE NEED FOR FURTHER TREATMENTS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

WITHIN THEIR POLICY THEY WON'T DO YELLOW JACKET EXTERMINATING UNTIL THE END OF APRIL IN ANY YEAR, UNTIL THE NESTS ARE ESTABLISHED.

PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD ABOUT SERVICES REQUIRED AND NOT REQUIRED. WE HAD BEEN USING ANOTHER COMPANY WHO CLAIMED THEY HAD TO SPRAY MUCH MORE OFTEN. INTERNATIONAL EXTERMINATORS STATED THEY HAD TO SPRAY MUCH LESS FREQUENTLY; ANY MORE FREQUENT SPRAYING WAS A WASTE OF MONEY. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THEIR HONESTY. EVER SINCE WE STARTED USING THEM, WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH INSECTS.

THOROUGHLY ASSESSED THE HOUSE FOR MICE AND LAID TRAPS. THEY ALSO SUGGESTED HOW WE MIGHT PREVENT THE MICE FROM ENTERING A DOOR GUARD. FOLLOW UP VISITS ARE TO COST 45 DOLLARS. I FELT COMFORTABLE THAT THEY WERE BEING STRAIGHT WITH ME AND THAT I WASN'T BEING TAKEN FOR A RIDE. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK FOR US, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. WOULDN'T HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN. HOWEVER, WHEN THEY COME OVER BE SURE TO HAVE THEM GIVE YOU A LIST DETAILING THE OPENINGS IN THE HOUSE. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THAT LIST, IT MIGHT GET COMPLICATED LATER. (REGARDING FOLLOW-UP VISIT): ALL THEY DO IS MOUSE ASSESSMENT AND LAY TRAPS. IT MAY MEAN HIRING SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM VIS A VIS WHERE THE MICE GET IN. ALSO, THE REPORT FORM, BE SURE TO GET IT, IS STANDARD AND IT MAY OR MAY NOT MATCH WHAT THE PERSON WHO COMES OUT TELLS YOU. I'M NOT ENTIRELY SURE WHETHER I WOULD HIRE THEM FOR A FUTURE JOB. I MIGHT.
