air duct cleaning
+ -1 moreThere were 2 people that came to do the work. They were a little impatient to explain when we asked them some questions about it. It was something new to us so we were asking them some questions and they were like okay how many times do you want me to repeat? I've told you 5 times, I've told you that many times. That's how they were responding to us. The way they were talking to us was not pleasing. I'm not very satisfied with the work they did. We had some issues with our dryer so they said the dryer vent would have to be cleaned so they cleaned the air duct and the dryer vent. Even after the cleaning we were having problems with the dryer. We called the dryer service person and he came and he did the work on the dryer and he said it would have to be cleaned so I don't think they cleaned the dryer vent properly. Since we can not see what they are doing, I don't know if they did all of the cleaning. I got the price through a GroupOn. I don't think for the price they were doing as much. This was our first time so I don't know.
Description of Work: We used First Choice Cleaning Services for air duct cleaning this last Monday.
