This company and their President Uday Khedkar is about as worthless as they come, do yourself a favor, stay away from these crappy contractors. Look around at the real reviews, here, yelp, there are tons of warnings out there telling you to steer clear of this company. Their job at my house failed inspection because they didn't follow the blueprints, their response was that they were not contractually obligated to follow blueprints... let that sink in. I refused to pay, they sued me and lost. I had to pay an attorney to defend myself, money I could not get back, but I got my deposit, and what other money I had in the project back. But I also got stuck with having to fix it, what a nightmare Look up "Danley's Garage World Nightmare" for my continuing story

Initially was impressed with responsiveness and timeline. But the project and garage are very poorly constructed. The side walls weren't fully nailed to the structure. They did fix that. But no luck getting any fixes The siding is peeling away and door frame is rotting.

They start out with smiling faces. Get you to sign that contract after a storm takes down your garage which is what happen to me in after August 2020. I signed in 9/2020 Construction begun in April of 2021. The excavating crew left my yard with tons of debris. I ask them while they were here if they could dislodge the stump with there excavator and was told yeah but apparently shaking your head up and down is no longer universal. Rented a stump grinder to get it out of the way so they would not have problems. I had been promised when the concrete crew came out they would remove the debris such as large concrete chunks, bricks from the old garage, glass boards with nails when they excavated for the concrete. Well they did, into my yard. While here the concrete crew used foul language at 7:30 a.m. in the morning, one of them indecent exposed himself and urinated on a tree on a busy across the street from a Trinity home of special needs people, half a block from a school. I paid cash to have some of the salvage to be removed before Danley's sent someone out to resolve some of it. The thing is they broke my blacktop entrance of my driveway that is grandfather claused in there and I had ask for no large trucks in my driveway. Well it was old, so I guess I have to live with that. Anyway, since I made them wait for the second payment to clean up some of the debris they made me wait until the construction of the garage. Finally it gets started. When it is done, I find out I have a window I never ordered it in, I guess because lumber is up. The concrete on the front has a small gap in the front where they put a piece of wood and it doesn't even meet the concrete. It is fixable I think. Anyway, The nail issues begin, Nail here, nail there, nail in several places. Nail in tire. Thank God got free nail plug service on my car. Tenant is cutting my grass, hits an area where a brick from the garage is, bends blades on lawn more. 49 bucks and thankfully neighbor can fix. Me, disabled can't fix. So then the Electric part comes in. The come out and start digging. BOOM, they hit my AT&T broadband wire because they didn't call JULIE! So I have been without Internet, wireless. I run a very, very small internet business that Social Security knows about that my Tax lady reports all my taxes but I can't sell the little items I do because NO INTERNET!! They also messed up my Central Air on the Breaker so when I came home from my Great Nephew's party I am out watering the garden, come in, I am like it is hot in here. One tenant comes home say it is 80s in here. Other poor tenant who is her wife is sleeping, who has Epilepsy wasn't feeling well. I called to no avail the company about the Electric. Finally I called my Heating and Cooling, they came out immediately, found the problem and fixed it. They were going to charge me but since I have a contract with me, they said no worries it is free. Anyone who needs a great Heating and Cooling company, feel free to friend me and I will inform you!! So, Danley's did mention in a fashion they would pay for the AT&T dig but took it back when I mentioned the blades on my lawnmower. They also became very rude when I asked for a discount. I even mentioned that it was just off of my final payment. You would of thought I was a kid asking Santa for a Playstation 5 during December 2020. I told them that I had acquired skills thru the years dealing with shady companies and I would begin and I felt they had become heartless. So I said we can do this the easy way or the hard way. All I wanted were the repairs and the discount I was asking for actually I said could include the yard repair and the lawnmower blades. They started mention a Lein and cut off all contact. I have filed a Better BBB.ORG complaint and I am making the rounds. If no success with BBB, I will go with Illinois Attorney General. Also realize, Danley's in 2017 was acquired by Feldco, which after that it is not the same family friendly business my family and friends told me about.

The workers when preparing to pour the cement tore up and damaged our patio: pavers displaced and left out that were closest to where the garage would be; left the guide line for the pavers and paving nails out and exposed which was a hazard. We contacted them the day after and several other times to let them know about the situation and a month later they finally deemed to respond to an invoice we sent to them from our landscapers who had done the work on the patio to begin with. When the electric was put into the garage there were gigantic holes near our house and the garage that we had no idea why they were there and nothing was communicated to us about their purpose. We found out later that it was so that the village inspector could do the inspection. They are not going to reimburse us the cost to repair the damage that they created and would not give us a credit on our final payment either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are irresponsible and unprofessional! Total waste of time and money!
