Description of Work: Terry and his two sons, who work with him, arrived punctually to discuss a kitchen remodel. From our first contact, Terry was very honest with me and told me that they were already booked several months into the future. After we discussed the job and a potential design, Terry and his son, Jody, asked what our budget was for the remodel. I gave him my number and they were very honest about the fact that the job probably couldn't be done for my budgeted amount. While others may have been put off by the statement, I'm encouraged that this contractor had the integrity and honesty to tell me that my expectations were unrealistic, given our budget. I asked them to still work on the design, though, and we'll see if it's something we can afford. I've had contractors promise me the world and then give me allowances for crappy cabinets and granite. I've had contractors who wouldn't itemize the contract, and I've had contractors who were complete no shows (from Angie's List!). Believe me when I say that to have someone tell me the truth is nothing short of refreshing. I'm hoping that we can work with CCCM because, if first impressions are any indication, they're the kind of company for whom I've been looking. If we do go with them, I'll keep this post updated as we move through the project.

Description of Work: I called Terry and told him what kind of work i was looking to get done. He told me that it would be more cost effective to get someone that was trade specific to the work. He even gave me a name and number to someone that he knows that would help me out. Terry is a very honest guy!

Description of Work: Installed new faucets, replaced deck stairs, built railing for stairs on deck, replacedoutside deck light fixtures, and other various items. i have been a client of CCCM for over 3 years, the best people! Fair pricing, honest, efficient, perfect workmanship and most of all trustworthy. Kevin has worked in my home so often that he is almost family. When he is done the house is spotless from his work. I would highly recommend CCCM for large and small jobs. They are terrific., would never use anyone else...

Description of Work: CCCM performed several jobs for me. Terry came to my home first and gave me an estimate on installing a new kitchen faucet, a new utility room faucet and a new cartridge in a dripping bathroom faucet. I purchased these items myself and he was to have them installed His prices seemed reasonable. He also quoted bathtub caulking. His employee Kevin did the work and did an excellent job. When Terry arrived, I asked him to quote installation of a new sump pump and kitchen water filter. Terry purchased these items and Kevin installed them. Again, they are working well. Lastly, I asked Terry to install a new garage service door. Again, the charges were reasonable and the work was completed by Kevin and Terry's son. These young men, as well as Terry, are extremely competent and pleasant. I think that Terry DeBartolo is an honest man who will give you an honest price.

Description of Work: Ceiling in garage was warped. Terry and Son were able to fix to our satisfaction for a very reasonable rate.
