We did a remodel of our Kitchen and Master bath. The kitchen was a big project, taking out a wall and removing the back door, enlarging our bay to accommodate sliding doors. New countertops, cabinets and an island were installed. Tile was removed from the kitchen/ foyer and replaced with hardwood floors. They gave us a time frame for 4 months. We added on painting, carpet installation. tiling a hallway and new vanity and toilet in the half bath. They accommodated the extra work and completed it in a timely manner, without interruption for other jobs. We could not be more pleased with the work. Everything turned out beautifully. Terry, Jody and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, on time and cleaned up daily. Jody is a perfectionist and if something wasn't done right it would be redone to meet his standards. They were helpful with design and handled every add on. They did not ask for money up front and kept cost updated frequently.

It went extremely well and very smooth! We love our new bathroom (well, its been five months - sorry guys for the late review!) We had a small and very outdated full bathroom with amongst other things: a bathtub liner, a soffit above the tub that served absolutely no purpose, wood floor and an awkwardly located linen closet. We now have a beautiful bathroom including a tiled shower/tub, a custom cabinet & drawers replacing the old linen closet, porcelain tiled floor and no more soffit which makes our small bathroom look much bigger. Terry, Jody & Brian are THE best. If you want quality, efficiency, timeliness and professionalism, they're the only only way to go. Simply put, we wanted quality work done in a timely manner. We didn't want to deal with a job that was just going to drag on no matter how good the quality. They live up to their reputation. CCCM did a great job installing a new roof on my house, which included tearing off three layers of old roofing. The work was done in less than two days and there was no damage to the existing, mature landscaping.

Terry, Jody, and their crew did a fantastic job on a complete remodeling of the full-bath in my 1939 home. The project posed a number of challenges which were expertly handled. I am delighted with the results and hope to work with them again on future projects.

Went great! I had CCCM, Inc. put on a new roof and upgrade the front of the house. They completely tore off the old roof, replaced some plywood sheets, added a roof vent to the entire roof, put on the new roof felt, and water barrier 10 feet up the roof from the gutter to help insure against issues caused by ice dams. They installed the upgraded shingles and replaced some of the other required vents on the roof. Also, they came up with a plan to give the front of my house a facelift. This included some new siding and aluminum facing on some of the old wood fasciae so I now don’t have to worry about painting the front of the house. They rebuilt the columns on the front porch which enhanced the drive-by appearance significantly. Further, they replace the shutters on the front and I stained the garage doors. I’ve gotten quite a few compliments about how nice and new the house appears now. I’ve used these guys for many projects on my house over the last 10 years or so. I did a few projects before I first used CCCM and I’m still regretting the workmanship by the prior contractors. These guys prepare a proper and complete proposal. They don’t take shortcuts or try to be the cheapest but suggest exactly what they would do in their own home. Their prices are very competitive, however. They follow best practices when it comes to all the current technical information available and then they do a superior job executing the contract. They show up when they say they will. They clean up after each day's work. They complete the job on time. Then they follow up quickly with any issues that might pop up. They do not just abandon you after they leave. These are great guys to work with. I highly recommend them for any project you want to be done in or around your house or business.

We hired CCCM to remodel our master bathroom. This was our second time using CCCM as they remodeled our hallway bathroom in 2015. As always, the entire experience was excellent. Terry, Jody, and Brian were very professional and trustworthy. The quality of work was top notch. Their experience in guiding us through every detail of the remodeling was valuable. We already discussed with CCCM on future remodeling projects for our house.

My new kitchen floor is beautiful! Working with Terry and his flooring expert Glenn was a great experience, as usual. I have used CCCM several times and each time has been great. The project was presented and explained thoroughly in a contract. The next steps were clear. The demolition and installation areas were kept neat and clean. There was guidance for vendors and material selection. The schedule was organized and timely. Terry, Jody, Brian and all the contractors were fantastic. I highly recommend this company and its team.

Jody and Brian did a fantastic job remodeling our 5.5x8.5’ hall bathroom in July 2019 as well as completing some other projects around the house. Basically, we were so happy with the job they did remodeling our master bathroom in 2017 that we hired them again in 2019 to gut and remodel our hall bathroom. We had to wait until they had an opening in their schedule but it’s always worth the wait because they’re such nice guys, so easy to work and communicate with, always on time, clean up at the end of the day, have good ideas and do quality work. Life got a little busy since then so I’m just now getting around to writing this review. Our hall bathroom was functioning, but mainly as a powder room because although it had a tub, it had no plumbing for a shower. It had some other issues we wanted to deal with as well. Jody and Brian took care of everything as usual, including beefing up the floor for the cast iron tub, making sure the bathroom exhaust actually vented out the roof, providing ideas and recommendations when needed, and ensuring my 2 large shower niches came out how I planned. While they were here, we also had them (or their electrician or plumber when necessary) upgrade our electrical panel, replace a bar faucet, replace 2 back doors, add LED lighting and custom glass shelves to our bar cabinet, replace 2 hanging bedroom light fixtures, do some painting around the house, etc. The total bathroom cost (including some small painting projects around the house) was approx $28,500. But with the electrical panel upgrade, new back doors, etc., the total for the bathroom plus all work completed around the house was close to $34k. We could have technically done the bathroom with quality finishes for around $19k with them, but we went over budget on certain bathroom elements that we really wanted, such as a 65x32” cast iron tub, Cambria quartz countertop and shower niche shelves, $900 Walker Zanger floor tile, $750 for 2 Robern medicine cabinets, an $1800 semi-custom Starmark vanity, $350 vanity light fixture and $400 sink faucet. But we could have easily done a very nice, quality bathroom with different choices within our allowances. We didn’t bother getting other bids for the hall bathroom remodel because we knew we were going with CCCM no matter what. We did get 3 bids for the 2017 master bath remodel because it was our first remodeling project, and CCCM wasn’t the cheapest but also wasn’t the most expensive. I left a review back in July 2017 for the master bath which we’re still extremely happy with. Terry also did a great job again getting us the best prices with contractor discount included on everything we picked out at various vendors and also kept in touch with us via email while we waited for our turn for our bathroom project to begin. Thanks so much to Terry, Jody, and Brian for your hard work making sure our hall bathroom turned out beautifully!

This family business is absolutely terrific! My wife and I had used CCCM before for a much smaller outdoor project and we were impressed by how meticulous and thorough their approach was and how great the results. For this much larger project they did not disappoint. While this was mostly a kitchen remodel, the project covered two other connected spaces involving the removal of walls and dealing with a previous poorly constructed addition (our house was built in the 1950's). I once again marveled at how detail oriented they were from proposal to the finish line. The company has a background and experience with commercial properties while moving into the residential remodel arena which translates into they've seen it all. They don't have a showroom but work with a number of local suppliers and sales personnel while passing on their lower expenses and worked out prices to you. Having said that, they were not the cheapest option (or the most expensive) nor should they be. They were clearly the best value among the bids we solicited and with skilled tradesman in short supply these days we were more than willing to wait for them to become available. They have made it clear even after the project is now complete that they stand behind their work and we should never hesitate if we find anything unsatisfactory to call them and they will respond quickly. You get what you pay for these days and with this company you are clearly getting one of the best.

The process went very smoothly, from Terry helping us shop flooring choices and granite options, to scheduling of the install. While Terry was in our home discussing options, I voiced my wish that I had more cabinet space in the kitchen. He said "No problem, I can match what you have and add a cabinet". We took him up on that offer and are very pleased with the space and it looks like the cabinet was always there. This is the 3rd time we have used CCCM and have always been happy with their work. When we had questions, CCCM has always responded promptly. We found that Jody and his crew were on schedule and cleaned up well when they were done. CCCM Inc. is a busy contractor as are most good ones. They took into account our budget and offered options. I felt they always kept our best interest in mind. These days it's challenging to find someone to trust. I trust CCCM and will choose them for our next project again.

I discovered water on the floor of my basement and expected the worse. I was referred to CCCM, Inc. I was able to talk to Mr Terry DeBartolo (owner) directly. He promised to come to my house and check out the problem as soon as possible. He arrived promptly as promised. Terry inspected the situation and told me that my problem was with the check valve itself and not the sump pump. He informed me that the leaking water was due to the pipe coupling being loose and he tightened it. After he inspected the check valve and the sump pump, He assured me that there was no need to replace the check valve or the sump pump that were operating efficiently. Terry is knowledgeable, reliable, professional, and his prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Terry DeBartolo and his Company for any home repair and /or remodeling needs

As usual Jody and Terry did a great job. We needed our kitchen, powder room, utility room and back hallway updated. The guidance they gave us with regards to picking everything out, where to go, etc. made everything go smoothly. We got new granite counter tops, under-cabinet lighting, and under-mount stainless steel sink in the kitchen. We had new floors put in the back entry way, utility room and powder room. They put in new vanities and painted too. They arrived every day promptly, were very professional and courteous. They even fixed and dealt with some funky issues we had because of the way the house was built and unhandy work of previous homeowners.

We hired Terry, Jody and Brian to remodel our master bath and second upstairs bathroom. We have worked with them before and loved their work. This experience was just as good. They are the most professional and pleasant contractors I have ever met. They and all the subs they used are excellent craftsmen. They are great communicators. They were on time everyday and once they start the job they finish it. The bathrooms are absolutely beautiful. I feel like I have a brand new house! I highly, highly recommend them.

Completely renovated a master bath with everything custom. - Jody & Brian did wonderful job. Jody is very detailed and has very clever ideas on look and style. Start to finish job went perfectly. I have used them in the past and would definitely use them in the future. Highly recommed them for what ever kind of job you have in mind - no BS they tell you like it is and then do what they say they will do, and they stand behind their work!

We wanted new flooring, counters, sink and the wall prepared for a new backsplash. Glen installed the new Cortec vinyl flooring. Jody and Brian removed the ceramic counters and backsplash. Our flooring, new quartz countertop, sink and faucet were installed to our gratification. They came back to hook up our new dishwasher and waterline for our icemaker. Terry, Jody, Brian and Glen were always accommodating and pleasant.

I had a great experience with the DeBartolo family. Terry understands that customers are concerned with budget but also want quality work. That being said, we spent a hefty amount...but a lot of work needed to be done. I didn’t shop around much because once I met Terry I was sold. We communicated back and forth for a while until we came up with a new design and game plan for the kitchen. Terry provides a list of trusted vendors, which we mostly stuck to. They work Monday-Friday 7am-3pm, are polite and professional, do quick and quality work, and clean up every day before they leave. Once they started to work on the house they found many structural problems (apparently our house was thrown together quickly in the 80s). They did their best to do corrective work that fit into our budget. They gutted the kitchen to the studs, updated and improved the electrical, and installed the flooring and cabinets. They repaired many things in the house that needed attention. We now have beautiful cabinets and granite countertops as well as uniform flooring throughout the main level. They are very experienced and deal with permits, Village codes, and inspections so you don’t have to. They get great contractor discounts as well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. My new kitchen is perfect.

Terry called me back and told me he didn’t have anybody available on his team for that day however he had some things that I could do to check it. He gave me a few items to look at and he was absolutely right I was able to fix the problem myself with just a few dollars of investment and save me hundreds of dollars in repair. Terry was very informative and helpful and showed customer support attitude that I don’t see very often I would highly recommend Terry and his company
