Terrific, as always Terry looked at work to be done, came back prepared to do it, and insulated the crawl space where needed and repaired gap with silicone. I have worked with CCCM for over 10 years and have always been treated fairly, work was always completed to my satisfaction and Terry has always fairly charged for his services. Would never use anyone else.

Our roof needed to be replaced. We've worked with CCCM before and I knew they'd do a good job. I was kept informed for timing, and what was going to be going on. They found numerous boards that needed to be replaced. Those were done. We opted for architectural shingles and they look great. They made sure all of my landscaping was protected and cleaned up afterwards. I needed one wall of siding done because I have/had waterproofing run up the side of my house to prevent snow drifts causing leaks. It was all done well. They also replaced my gutters and downspouts.

They were competitively priced. They cleaned up such that I hardly knew they were there. The materials were delivered on time. They started and completed the project on time. Professional personnel. Highly recommend Terry DeBartolo’s company and team.

Terry, Jody and Brian did a great job. I would always rely on them to do work in my house. They are honest, reliable and skilled at what they do. I trust them to be left alone to do the work when I am not able to be present. The workmanship is high quality and I have been pleased with the outcome. Terry is good about communicating their schedule and calls when they have questions if I am not there in person. It is always a pleasure to do business with them. Their service is excellent.

Spectacularly well

We had a great experience with Jody, Terry and Brian at CCCM who did our 70 sq ft master bath remodel in March/April 2017. The original quote was approx $20,000 but we chose to go significantly over some of our allowances for things like a $1200 Toto toilet with washlet seat, so the final cost for the bathroom was approx $25,000. We paid additional money for wallpaper removal and painting in other rooms of the house. CCCM gave us contractor pricing for everything and made sure we got the lowest possible price on everything we selected. We did have to wait some months before the remodel could begin because they had other jobs lined up ahead of ours but we were happy to pick out tile and fixtures and wait. Terry kept in touch via email and phone while we waited. Once the job began, everything ran very smoothly, everyone was on time, cleaned up at the end of the day, and were professional and respectful of our home. The remodel took 4 weeks to complete plus the usual wait time for the frameless glass, but we were able to use the new shower with a temporary shower curtain while waiting for the glass. Part of the reason it took 4 weeks is we added on a few small projects around the house in addition to the bathroom. Jody is a perfectionist, which is a good thing in a contractor. I'm kind of a perfectionist so I was worried I was going to have to micromanage every step of the process and agonize that everything was done properly and that all of the elements would come together in the end, but Jody took care of everything and updated us about the progress made every day. We're very happy with our new bathroom and would definitely use CCCM again. Our remodel kept the existing layout of the bathroom but we changed from a tub/shower combo with a soffit to a shower with a curb and no soffit. We had 2 niches, a handheld and a fixed shower head with diverter, 2 grab bars, and a 1/2" starphire (low iron) frameless glass panel, Robern medicine cabinets with outlets, etc. put in. We chose to keep our existing vanity including the granite top and faucets so it was taken out during the remodel and put back in once the floor was tiled. Terry found a matching piece of granite to use for the shower curb. I also want to note that one of the reasons we went with CCCM vs. 2 other contractors who gave us quotes is that CCCM was the only one that used the method of shower construction we preferred which is the Schluter-Kerdi system, so I had a good feeling about them from the beginning. Cost-wise, CCCM's quote was pretty close to the other 2 quotes we received. I've attached before and after photos I took of our bathroom which was originally built as part of a 1986 addition.

Most Excellent. High quality work. Jody (project manager, runs the day to day activities and coordinates all trades) was awesome. Really appreciated his creativity when problems rose (happened to me due to age of house). He is clever and thinks fast on his feet. Definitely knows what he is doing and demands a level of quality that is unmatched by other contractors I've used. Terry, Jody and the team are respectful of the owners and the property. You won't go wrong using them.

outstanding everything was better than imagined. The whole process from picking out materials to the installation is just one part of the professionalism of the company. They work within our budget and recommend like it was their money for products to put in their own home. We have never been disappointed in the work and trust them completely. This is the 3rd time they have worked with us on remodels and I wouldn't call anyone else. We feel very lucky to have them .

We are so pleased with the results of the jobs completed by CCCM! We hired CCCM to bring our dated 1970's fireplace up to date. Terry DeBartolo worked with us to design a fireplace that became the focal point of the room. He provided us with ideas and computer renderings to chose from. Terry also suggested appropriate materials and recommended reputable local companies to shop for the materials needed for both jobs. The workers arrived promptly each day, were courteous and cleaned the jobsite each day before leaving. Once the fireplace was complete we asked them to remodel our powder room with new lighting, vanity, sink, fixtures and paint. CCCM has done all of our remodeling projects for the past 20 years and I never hesitate to refer them to friends, family and my business contacts. I've attached before and after photos of the fireplace.

Hire them. I felt very safe. They are ethical and scrupulous. I was supported by genuine care, I knew Jody would have a challenge because nothing is straight in this house. Jody gutted my 1960 bathroom on 6/27/16 and then put in a beautiful new one. His design included a nice new linen closet with truly sliding doors. This I know, was difficult because nothing is straight. It was difficult when the first doors were set in years ago and they never worked well. The grout lines are all nicely straight and even. I had selected a tile that turned out to be backordered and went to the tile store and picked out something else. I don't know where my head was but Terry went and saw it and gave me a gentle shove back to make a different selection saving me from having to look at my mistake for years to come. The kitchen was started on 8/16/16. It too was a 1960 gut job. Knowing that I wanted the wall between the kitchen and dining room-living room area Jody designed a beautiful kitchen with a nice new island. During the whole experience I didn't get the expected dust cloud since they used a huge Hepa air filter machine. Stairs leading to the bathroom were covered with strong protective building paper. The landings were covered with large interlocking rubber tiles. Drop cloths were used all of the time. Plastic was fastened to the ceiling with a zippered door to keep the dust in that area. CCCM was the twelfth company I interviewed. Within the first 20 minutes I knew I'd finally found who I was looking for.

CCCM is the best. Hands down, bar none. Our project was not an easy one - our 1950's brick ranch that had carpet in the kitchen, original electric, plaster walls, and original bathrooms. To complicate matters, my husband and I both work, had budget restrictions, and have two small kids. Sounds like a dream project, right? :) Terry and Jody navigated every step of the way to be respectful of our time, our finances, and our living space. Each and every day the work space was clean and safe. We honestly loved having them around and consider them friends now! Terry and Jody came up with creative workarounds for each and every obstacle encountered and their craftsmanship is top notch. Additionally, they coordinated EVERYTHING. Their contacts for countertops, cabinets, appliances, flooring, etc. were all excellent. Don't hesitate to contact CCCM today. They have a long wait list but it is worth the wait (and indicates how great they are!). We can't wait to use them again for another project!

The entire effort was a lot of work, some anticipated, some not.  However, the contractors worked tirelessly, including battling adverse weather conditions, to arrive at the final product.  Terry Debartolo, the owner or CCCM, oversaw the project and kept us up to date, even when we were out of town.  While he may not choose to do the replacement this way again, due to the unanticipated issues, we love it!

We used CCCM in the past to remodel our kitchen (which we also love) and put railings on our indoor stairway (which we love, as well), so there is not questions we would use them again for any future projects.

Excellent. Terry came through for me when my outside electric box came down during bad weather. Because the wire was down my power was shut off. I called 4 electricians and they all had full schedules and could not help my in my emergency situation. I called Terry hoping he might be able to help. He said he had an electrician on his staff and that he could come out that afternoon. The work was completed the next day. While the situation was unfortunate, I was fortunate to have Terry and his staff available to help. Terry is great to work with. He kept in contact with me throughout. The repair was done well and is now securely fastened to the house. I can't thank Terry enough for the excellent service.

This was the first remodeling experience for my wife and I.  We weren't sure what to expect.  Even though the estimated price from CCCM was a little higher than other contractors from Angie's List, we decided to go with CCCM because the written proposal from CCCM was very detailed and thorough, and it gave us a good understanding of exactly what we would be paying for.  Additionally, CCCM uses licensed technicians which gave us an extra sense of comfort that the job would be done correctly.
CCCM was very honest in telling us when their schedule would be open to start our project.  It took many, many months between contract signing to project start date.  We were perfectly fine with this time frame because it gave us plenty of time to decide and choose all the new items we wanted to go into the new bathroom.  Terry from CCCM was very helpful in providing suggestions of where to look and what to look for.  Once we provided a list of items we wanted to be installed in our new bathroom, Terry and Jody came to our house to review our list with us.  We threw a curve ball at Terry and Jody when we asked if we can install a window or sun tunnel to bring more natural lighting into the bathroom.  CCCM was very accommodating to our new request and did their homework to find out if our request was feasible or not.  In the end we ended up not pursuing adding a window or sun tunnel based on all the information that CCCM provided for us.
Once the project started, CCCM was accommodating to start the demolition on Wednesday (per our request) while our son was at preschool.  They were very careful in protecting our hard wood floors and carpeting.  They even installed plastic sheets over our son's bedroom door (which was next to the hall bathroom) to prevent demolition dust from getting into his bedroom.  They also installed a big HEPA air filter (and left it in our house overnight) to further prevent demolition dust from getting into the rest of our house.  We've heard from our friends that it is impossible to prevent demolition dust from spreading all over the house, but we didn't have that experience.
CCCM estimated the project would take between 2 to 2.5 weeks.  The project was fully completed in 2 weeks + 2 days.  It would have been completed in 2 weeks or less if it weren't for our decision to pull a building permit and we lost 2 to 3 days waiting for building inspection.  The decision of whether or not to pull a building permit was left to us, and CCCM was willing to work with either decision that we made.  Once we decided to pull a building permit, Terry took care of the paperwork for getting the permit.
Kevin and the crew was fantastic in how they performed their work.  They showed up at 7am and were finished by 3pm on most days.  They cleaned up at the end of each work day.  They were professional and trustworthy.  They used our garage space for storing and prepping build material.  All the demolished debris was also stored in our garage until they hauled it away at the end.  They left our garage in a cleaner condition than before the project started.
We absolutely had a positive experience with CCCM in our first ever remodeling project.  We would hire CCCM again in the future when we need the other bathrooms remodeled.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with CCCM. They did exactly what they said they were going to do in remodeling our second bath, at the time they told us they were going to do it, for as long as they said it would take, and it looks amazing and is done correctly! They also fixed our master bath's shower head that was incorrectly done 8 years ago, something we've lived with and suffered with. Having that done correctly after so long was like getting a second new bath!

Terry had notified me what day they would start. They were there on time every day and finished when they said they would. They took out our existing tub and tile around it, as well as the counter, sink, mirror, tile floor and medicine cabinet. We reused our existing toilet, as it was in good shape, light fixture and towel bars. They put plastic down on my carpet and used a vacuum filter machine to suck up dust while they worked. When they left at the end of the day, you'd never know they were there.

Terry had told me where to go to pick out the new tub, cabinet, fixtures and tile. Everyone he sent me to, worked with him, so it was hassle free to me. The guys took excellent care of the toilet and bars that they pulled out to reuse. The cabinet and medicine cabinet arrived when promised. We had to wait for the quartz top for a few days, but that was my doing because of what I chose.

Terry kept me abreast of everything that was going on. We had some electrical issues because, when our house was built, they put both bathrooms on the same breaker. They checked with me and we got both bathrooms correctly wired. I even asked if they could check some other electrical idiosyncrasies our upstairs had. The electrical was all done professionally and up to code. We also had a village inspector demand more than actually needed to be done because he wanted to see framing that wasn't even in the affected area and they did it.

When Terry told me that we'd be done in two weeks, I thought it would be impossible. Our master bathroom 8 years ago was like a Gilligan's Island project: expecting a 3 hour tour (8 weeks) and it wound up taking forever (close to 5 months). I was so happy when CCCM got it done in two weeks! I was so amazed! Especially because the inspector and the wiring could have delayed us. Everything I had picked out was ordered and ready.

We had to wait for our project because CCCM was so busy. That was absolutely fine with us. After what we went through 8 years ago, we wanted it done right. We have some projects needing attention and I've told Terry and Jody about them. We won't  use anybody else now, we're spoiled! They had Kevin working predominately on our project and he is phenomenal. We highly recommend CCCM and are very happy with our bathroom!

I feel fortunate to have found CCCM on Angie's List. They clearly have the experience and know-how to deliver a superior bathroom remodel. They exceeded my expectations, using a coordinated team of skilled people who work efficiently while maintaining a dust-free atmosphere. They certainly improved my home, suggesting better ideas than I had for the overall design. They will definitely be at the top of my list for any future remodeling!

Listen to the suggestions they give you. They suggested widening the doors and heightening them to the ceiling. At first I did not want to but finally agreed and I am so glad I did. The kitchen is so open and dramatic with the larger door openings. They showed up on time, did a clean job and exceeded my expectations with their work
