I met with Paul in our home, and explained that we wanted to gut our master bath, and that I had likely chosen our cabinets. Paul rather definitively stated that they would make cabinets or provide cabinets they sell "that are from China." Paul was also focused on mission creep, stating that we really need to replace all the floors in our home. Our floors had already been updated fairly recently, and we are not interested in doing that. Paul told me that I would have a quote in 2 days. Four days later, I received an email setting forth the scope of the work, which was not complete. I received the quote a few days after I responded with the items Paul had left out. His price of $12200 for labor and materials was the lowest of the quotes we received. I did not feel that Paul listened to what we want, and was more interested in doing the remodel as he wanted. For that reason, we chose another contractor.

I contacted this company via telephone and spoke with Paul. I informed him that I was looking to have a shower re-tiled and a tub refinished after a previous contractor left us with a job half done. He was very receptive and seemed polite enough. He told me he was currently driving and asked that I text him my information and he would get back to me with a time that he would be available to come out for an estimate. I text him within minutes of hanging up the phone. A week later, I have still received no response from him. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.

ALL WORK WAS DONE IN AN EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP LIKE MANNER, AND THE PROJECT CAME IN EXACTLY ON BUDGET EVEN WITH MINOR CHANGES HAVING BEEN IMPLEMENTED IN MID PROJECT.

Second time using Bath and Kitchen Experts for a bathroom remodel. Paul was very helpful in designing bathroom. He and his crew were very professional. The products used were of good quality. Paul emailed me pictures of floor tile and various accessories to choose from. Eric did a great job of gutting the existing bathroom. He installed new wallboard, new plumbing, vanity, toilet, lighting, floor tile as well as painted everything. Joe did a fantastic job of installing the large shower. Everything looked neat and clean. A few plumbing problems developed along the way. Paul, Eric, and Joe found quick solutions and fixed everything in a timely manner. I was consulted throughout the entire process. Love my new bathroom. A fantastic job from a fantastic crew!! A+ rating!!

After explaining to Paul I wanted a simple update to a Jack and Jill bathroom, he proceeded to tell me why I needed a major overhaul. I appreciated his opinion and asked for a quote on February 9, 2016. Two weeks later I still have not received the quote or any correspondence from him or his company. I would like to send him a bill for my time that he wasted but realize it is a futile attempt to collect. If he felt the job was to small, 2 bathrooms and a shower area, then he could of at least gave me the courtesy of informing me of that decision. No response is very unprofessional.

Bath and Kitchen Experts did truly beautiful work in remodeling our master bathroom. The owner Paul Jankowicz was very easy to work with. He had concept on how he felt the remodeled bathroom should look. We went to his showroom to look at cabinets, granite countertops, and a free standing bathtub. We selected chrome bathroom fixtures (faucets, shower head, towel bars etc ) based on Paul's recommendation, chandelier lighting over the tub, and bathroom mirrors with wooden frames for bathrooms above the sinks. Floor and wall tile and wall paint color were coordinated with the owner's idea of what would look good and he hit it right on! The work crew were truly great, polite, and very careful not to leave a mess every night. His crew did excellent work and we could not be more pleased with their effort and craftsmanship. His work crew removed all existing bathroom cabinets, sinks, faucets, shower, and a built in bathtub with tile around it. They gutted the previous bathroom and removed all items, put in new wall board and plywood flooring where needed, redid the existing plumbing, electrical wiring, lights, and exhaust fan. The worked crew installed and grouted the floor tile, wall tile, and shower floor and wall tile. They created a recessed soap and shampoo niche in the shower and installed a recessed light above the shower. On the wall next to the free standing bathtub and bath tub filler they created a wall niche. Recessed lighting was installed above the wall niche next to the bath tub, and the electrician installed a globe chandelier we picked out to hang above the bathtub, a truly stunning sight. We asked the owner to make a free standing storage cabinet, 30 inches long by 18 inches wide, with a granite countertop, the same as the bathroom cabinets. This was done and the cabinet was placed and anchored to the wall next to the free standing bath tub. We are truly pleased and delighted with the work done by Bath and Kitchen Experts and highly recommend them. It is a joy and pleasure to walk into the remodeled bathroom.

Paul's remodel of our bathroom went very well. His workers were very nice and professional. They completed the work in a timely fashion. All in all, we love our new bathroom!

Paul was very professional, punctual, and informative, helping us to see all the alternatives available for our project. Eric, who performed the work, was just fantastic as Eric and did a great job. Paul came in at the end to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The work began earlier than originally scheduled, which was a big plus for us. I wanted to update my bathroom and modernize it and Bath Xperts took on the job. This turned out not be a job but a job and a half. This was an old house so it provided many challenges. Paul, Robert and Ed poured out the sweat to complete everything (especially the demolition). It seemed that every time they started another project they encounter another problem. They wore out a path to Home Depot! Changes had to be made from the original plan but I was kept in the loop. Paul had worked with me in choosing colors for the vanity' tub enclosed and flooring to compliment each other. He even suggested placing a slab of the granite on a covered radiator to compliment the granite top on the vanity. Robert and Ed made sure the floors in the house were kept covered from dirt. They cleaned up daily both inside and outside. They were courteous and pleasant. I only wished there was a bit more communication between them and me. Punctuality at times was a slight problem. I especially liked how my concerns or questions were dealt with whether big or small. Paul made sure I was happy with everything. When he asked me how I liked the new shower head I said I didn't. He asked me what I would like and replaced it. Paul also made sure everything was up to his standard. This project took longer than expected but I am so very happy with the results. My bathroom now has a clean and modern look. It was well worth the time it took to get the fabulous results. I would highly recommend Bath Xperts for bathroom projects. I hope to have them remodel a second bathroom.

It was a great experience from start to finish. We did a complete remodel for the guest bathroom and decided to go with contemporary European style. Paul was very professional and worked with us on designs. We spent one afternoon to pick out all the materials and finalized the pricing. Paul brought materials to our house later on to confirm the choices. The crew took a couple days to gut out all the old stuff in the bathroom. Our worker, Michael, was very good and meticulous. Paul checked in every week and inspected the progress. The result was absolutely fantastic. I've got so many compliments from friends and family. I love my new bathroom and will work with Paul again in my next bathroom project.

Everything went perfectly well and we are so incredibly pleased with the work. We now have a bright and completely functional laundry room with extra storage. Our washer and dryer are stacked AWAY from the garage door where all the muddy shoes were coming in and out. It is a joy to do laundry now (never thought I would say that)! I would definitely recommend Paul to others and plan to use him for other projects in our home as well.

Paul is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very flexible and helpful in determining the details of the job. Custom materials were ordered promptly and Paul quickly scheduled the installation date. Joe, the installer, was very efficient and was done with the whole project in just 5 hours. Paul checked progress during the install and did a follow-up inspection. Love the new enclosure!

I had a memorable experience with Paul and Joe remodeling our bathroom. I though I would I run into problems but I didnt. They were real professional, courteous, polite about everything. They explained until the very least detail what needed to be done. I would highly recommended them. Joe was a great installer he accomplished the work even before the deadline. The project took about a days work. I would definitely use them in the future for any additional services I required. I couldn't be more happier with the results of my new bathtub and panels. A job well done!

Absolutely great. Main job found major water damage from skylight in bathroom. Joe had to shut down completely while new skylight was installed. Bath Xpert recommended roofer who turned out cheaper by 1/2. Once repaired, the remodel proceeded without a hitch. Looks great and was done as promised.

Very professional. Paul spent time going over our options, and he gave good advice on what would work with the rest of the bathroom. The work was completed as promised and in the timeframe promised. They uncovered an unexpected issue after tear-down, and took the time to get it fixed right. Price was for the job, so no nasty surprises on cost. Clean up was excellent. We are very happy with the way the shower stall looks, and would definitely use again.

The team started the work by tearing up the walls and replacing damaged green board. The installation of tub liner and walls was done exactly as promised and the quality of work is excellent. Paul proposed good color combination and ideas about the fixtures to use. He was very helpful and monitored the project closely and offered suggestions throughout. The team has excellent knowledge and are very friendly. They were always in time and carried on tasks with good professional attitude. The materials used were of very good quality. They were very friendly and worked around out schedule. Overall, we are very happy with both the quality of the work and the work ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend BathXperts to anyone who wants a quality job done.

Paul explained what would be done down to the last detail. It would take 2 days for the entire removal and install. Joe, the installer showed up as scheduled and ready to get things done. Once the tub was removed, there was a problem. The plumbing done originally was done totally wrong. It took Joe another half day to correct it so the install could be done. This pushed the project into a 3rd day. By the end of the day we had a beautiful walk in shower with a bench, rain shower head and hand held attachment. It looks wonderful.

It looks great, and I would certainly use them again.

Paul was very personable and professional. When he came to my house, he asked questions in order to understand what I wanted to do and what my "vision" was for the finished product. It was clear that he has extensive knowledge with a variety of bath systems, but equally as important, he has a passion for his work. He personally trains his installers and inspects the work before giving it his final approval. Everything went as planned. Joe was at my place to do the install as scheduled and was equally pleasant and professional. If there had been a problem, I felt (and feel) confident that Joe would have handled it. His motto was, "There are no problems, only solutions." What a great attitude. I highly recommend Bath Xpert. I would enjoy working with them again and I would be a pleasure to refer them to family and friends.

Very Well.This is my second experience with Paul and Bath Xpert and once again I was very pleased.We met Paul in his showroom several times to work out the details of what we were looking for and he was very accomodating to our work schedules.We changed our minds on several different aspects of the project and Paul was very helpful with his suggestions.The guys he has working for him are top notch and very professional.John and Joe are very meticulous with there work and you can see a great deal of pride goes into what they do.The crew was prompt every day and worked diligently all day long.The biggest hassle was having to go downstairs to use the restroom and shower.But it was well worth the inconvenience. I would definitely use them a third time and recommend them to others.

Making a bathroom handicap accessible can become complicated. But, Paul Jankowicz and his Bath Xperts team , John and Joe, brought skill, experience, and professionalism at every phase. It was a pleasure to work with all of them. Right from the start, Paul showed a lot of experience with handicap accessibility features. He listened to our unique needs and was creative in developing a plan. He was very knowledgeable about the newest products available. We felt assured that the remodel would be a success. When we did run into unexpected problems, (i.e. pipes and flooring needing replacement), the issues were dealt with smoothly and professionally. Ours is an older home. So, when we did run into problems, we were happy how they worked together with us to resolve the issues. The workmanship was the highest quality and everyone worked very hard. They were respectful and friendly. They always went above and beyond in cleaning up each day. The finished product is beautiful. We love the bead board acrylic walls. And now we can use the bathroom safely. We highly recommend The Bath Xperts. Thank you to Paul, John and Joe for your integrity and excellent service.

Bath Xperts are the most professional people I have ever dealt with. Very friendly, very clean, putting throws down on my carpet walkways, vacuuming after every job was done. One person came and it only took him 2 hours to take out the whirlpool tub and cut away at the walls in order for the next person to install everything. It was complete in 2 days. It's amazing how a shower stall with a seat, shelving unit and showers doors can make a difference in the bathroom. It's more open and spacious, I just love it. I would highly recommend this company when you require updates to your home. I will definitely use them again when it's called for. Thanks Paul and Staff.

It is rare nowadays to get a 100% perfect job and to have the end result far exceed your expectations. But in this case Paul and his installer, Joe, did it. It was important to us that the existing tile around the entrance to the shower not be disturbed, and they succeeded in doing this, when another well known contractor claimed it couldn't be done. The other contractor sent out a salesman who had no personal experience in installing this type of material. Paul on the other hand had extensive experience before starting his own business. Joe, the installer, was trained by Paul, and was prompt, courteous, efficient, and creative, and respected our property as if it was his own. We couldn't ask for a more favorable experience with this project from initial contact to the finished product. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
