Paul is one of the best professionals I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He's courteous, punctual, creative and has amazing customer service skills. He helped us through the whole process; designing and making our dream bathroom come true! His team of workers are extremely skilled and trained. They always cleaned up after themselves and never left a mess. The best part about them was that they were always on time. The job was done on time (even sooner then we thought!) and looked beautiful. Paul and his crew did a fabulous job and I don't think I ever saw him without a smile on his face. I'll be remodeling my 2nd master bathroom soon and I know exactly who will be doing it.

The tile floor was ripped out and replaced with a new tile floor, the tile on the walls were replaced as well as the wallboard behind it, the medicine cabinet, the cabinet over the toilet, the toilet, the sink, the tub, and the window were replaced and a new shower liner was put in instead of the ugly pink tile. We were having a problem with moisture build up in the bathroom, so Paul installed a new and much better exhaust fan, with light, in the ceiling. Also, we have a laundry hamper in the bathroom that goes directly down to the laundry room in the basement and the ugly metal door on that was replaced with a wooden door to match the sink cabinet and medicine cabinet. It looks fantastic! All in all we are very happy with the results and we would use Paul's firm again in the future!

Project took eight days to complete. Tub, ceramic tile, floor and vanity were removed. Subfloor and new ceramic tile floor was laid and made even with hall floor, enabling threshold to be removed. Walls in shower area were replaced. A cutout vanity was installed, enabling us to use a wheelchair at the sink. Acrylic walls and low lipped base were installed in shower. Grab bars were installed in shower and across from the toilet. New light fixture installed and room was painted. Existing toilet and large mirror were retained. The men who did the work were very professional and exacting. Although the project took longer than anticipated, we were very satisfied with the quality of the work performed. The workmen treated our home as if it were their own. Now we have an accessible bath that is safe to use and beautiful. We heartily recommend Bath Xpert.

Bath Xpert provided the most detailed estimate and worked with me to fit my budget. The workers wee very polite and clean, and the work is top notch. I'm very happy.

Workers were always on time and cleaned up their mess as they were working. They were professional and trustworthy. The job was not without some snags. The ceiling to the shower enclosure fell down and broke. The worker could have glued it and passed it off as perfect. He told me what happened and ordered a new one. Also a hole was poked in the ceiling by an unsecured pipe when the base of the shower was put in. Bath Xpert hired someone to repair and ceiling and paint it. The final result was a job done to perfection. When they were done, there was no cleanup and the shower was ready for use. I would hire them again when I need some work to be done.

Paul is truly an expert in his field so he lives up to his company name. His crew is prompt, professionable, and technically proficient. Even though the structural and plumbing problems which were uncovered during demolition were unexpected, Paul worked me to to find a solution that I could afford. The passion he has for his work and his excellent customer service makes his company one that you will want to do business with I highly recommend Bath Xpert for your bathroom remodeling projects.

I had remodeled my basement bathroom and had Bath Xpert come in to install all the marble tile on the floors, walls and ceiling. I also had bath Xpert install my in-floor heating. Because I have a steam shower, I had bath xeprt install the Kerdi system in the steam shower area. Bath xpert did an outstanding job on the project, they were very detailed in the tile work, making sure that every tile surface was level with the next tile, that the final wall surface was level (not an easy task since my walls were not level), made sure that the tile layout had the least waste and best look and used the right materials for the job. My shower had multiple areas of fixture penetration, each requiring skilled work to ensure the openings were within the narrow tolerances. Bath expert took the extra time to ensure the opening were just right. The owner, Paul, made multiple visits to the project to ensure the work was being done to my expectation and to keep me informed of the progress. I look forward to using them on my future projects.

He was very nice but I would not be using him. I wasn't really sure of what I wanted to do so it wasn't his fault. I have decided to just do the work myself once the sale of my fiances condo is final. He was very good at presenting the quote to me. He was very responsive, punctual and professional.

We got exactly what we wanted and it looks amazing! Paul, the Owner of Bath Xpert, could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. He was so respectful of our home, was never a second late and I actually think he smiled the whole time. We were sad to see him go! From his initial visit, I knew we'd be working with him...regardless of price. And it turned out, his price was the best anyways! I highly recommend Paul and Bath Xpert!

Overall it was great. We got quotes from several companies and Paul's was inline with them all but his attention to what we wanted is what sold us. After the estimate and listening to what we wanted Paul brought us samples of materials so my mother could pick the color etc... We scheduled the date for the work, the crew showed up on time, they were courteous and respectful of the house and I think finished all the work in 2 days. Start to finish is was very smooth. My mom loves her new bathroom.
