It wasn't fun but they did a great job. The leak was going through the floor into their garage. I decided to use them to do my regular maintenance. They come out twice a year.

I didn’t shop around. I just picked them right off the bat. The price sounds reasonable to me. I don’t think they ripped me off. I haven’t had any problems since. If you find yourself a bind emergency situation, call them and they’ll pick the time. The workers are terrific. I’ve been using them for the last 5 years.
