+ -1 moreI didn’t shop around. I just picked them right off the bat. The price sounds reasonable to me. I don’t think they ripped me off. I haven’t had any problems since. If you find yourself a bind emergency situation, call them and they’ll pick the time. The workers are terrific. I’ve been using them for the last 5 years.
Description of Work: Applied Tech did several things for me. They do the regular maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning. More recently, they replaced the board on my Lennox HVAC system.

+ -1 moreIt wasn't fun but they did a great job. The leak was going through the floor into their garage. I decided to use them to do my regular maintenance. They come out twice a year.
Description of Work: They fixed the water heater, the panel lights had gone out. I also had an issue with a leaking to my neighbor's garage. The A/C's condensation was getting into my neighbor's garage from the ceiling and they fixed it. I live on the second floor.
