HORRIBLE!! Worst Customer Service from the MANAGEMENT! Do not use- call anybody but them. We are in the process of selling our home, and explained that we needed a window fix in a specific amount of time and they said they could make that work. They measured the window incorrectly (strike 1), then broke a part when trying to install the incorrect size window and didn’t even tell us (strike 2) then the window size is corrected and the next person comes with the correct size, they discovered the broken piece letting us know that the previous people did that. We are now 2 weeks out, our house was going to go on the market last week, we had to push that out another week. We asked for a discount and the manger said she did us a favor by paying for the parts THEY BROKE (strike 3)!!! She was so rude too, I could go on and on… I’d rather have a broken window then even consider using them. Now we are going with someone new, paying more because we have to replace the pieces they broke and wouldn’t give us money for. Please do not give these people your money or time. Terrible customer service, poor quality, just the absolutely worse!!

Excellent…..Excellent……Excellent. We have used Apex on four different jobs in the last five months. After they replaced three bay windows, we tried them on realigning two heavy sliding windows that would not shut properly because the house had sunk over the last 100 years. We had to stuff insulation into the one inch cracks each winter to keep the cold out. Then we fixed two windows with seals broken so that they fogged up. Lastly some wooden framing had rotted out in two windows over the years; they were repaired as good as new. The price quotes were fair; the work was done on schedule; and my wife and I are delighted that our home windows now sparkle.

They did a pretty large job at my house - but broke one of my front windows while doing it. It took 5 months, multiple no-show appointments, multiple visits with the wrong size glass, many reschedules because of "big job", "scheduling issue" etc. (meaning something more important), and countless follow-up phone calls on my end, before they finally repaired the window they broke. Customer service is non-existent, or downright rude. I will not use them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Our kids broke in the inside window pane from a double hung bedroom window. I had removed the window myself. Apex called me after submitting a request through Angie's list and the rep mentioned it may be more economical if I lived close to drop it off. I did that and they had the window repaired in 2 days, the window looked great and at a better price the the competition. I will definitely use Apex again for repairs.

They replaced my window with a cracked window pane and assured me they would be back to replace it. After repeated unanswered messages I have to hire another company to replace it. Do not hire!

From estimate to completed work I can say they receive a super A+. The estimator Denis was especially nice, professional, making a though inspection of ALL windows (we have over 100) and marking what work needed to be done or what windows were ok. He marked them for the workers and immediately put it in his iPad so before he left I had a complete scope of the work and the total cost. I agreed to do the work and was scheduled within a week from estimate. The told me I had to buy the paint(my guess was so the paint matched the existing paint) but they had all the other supplies.The two workers, Nate and Stephan, were polite, EXCELLENT workmanship. They removed their shoes, went about their work (I did check to see what was being done occasionally and I can only say they are absolutely professional and their work superior) and when completed they went over all that was done, checked all the other windows in case the estimator missed one (possible with over 100 windows but Denis was right on) they cleaned up after themselves ..to my cleaning standards (very impressive) and presented a statement and received their check. I would highly recommend and use them again. I will also add we had two other window companies come out and tell us they had to replace the rotted windows and no one could repair them....Thank you Apex Window Werks.

I couldn't be happier! Yurii's team arrived RIGHT on time and completed the work in much less time than I'd been told to expect. They were friendly, efficient, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I can't open the windows for 24 hours, so as to allow the seal to properly set, but I'm looking forward to celebrating tomorrow: my old windows were so fogged up I couldn't even see through parts of them!

Very professional from quote to installation. Did a great job replacing 14 windows (double pane glass packs) of various sizes as well as replace some of the wooden frames that were beginning to rot. It took 2 days for a 2-person crew. Final cost was about $700 more than original quote because there were more windows with rotted wood than originally anticipated but the installation team told us when they discovered the issues and gave us the option to proceed or not before incurring the extra cost which was appreciated. Very pleased with the workmanship. Cost effective given they replaced the glass packs instead of tearing out all of the window frames which were either in good shape or restorable by the crew. We will use Apex again in the future and will recommend to friends.

They were very professional and worked efficiently to replace the window panes.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! They replaced the glass in my french door. 3 Panels of glass. They use the old molding from your doors which they pry out to replace the glass. It gets ripped and distorted and that is what they put back on when they are finished, instead of replacing a cheap piece of plastic and making it look nice. My molding didn't even match up any more. There are 1/4 inch gaps at the corners and spots that dont even make contact with the glass! They try and hide that with caulk. and it looks awful! Worse yet, the door wouldn't even shut after install. They claimed it was because their glass was so heavy it shifted my door. When I called about it i was told to "use a little muscle" I literally would have to pull the door handle up and slam my shoulder into it, to get it to close. It's ridiculous that they would leave it like this! The door lock no longer lined up either. So basically I spent over $1300 to have a door look like total crap! I could have just about purchased a new door for that price and really wish I would have! STAY AWAY from this company!!!

They were absolutely prompt in responding to our call for an estimate. The job looked complicated, but the appraiser seemed confident that it was a situation they had seen many times. The work was scheduled within the week, and when the day turned out to be predicted rain, the guys showed up at 7 am to get it done before rain at noon. And so they did. The sill looks sturdy and slants away from the windows, so water will not gather. We are very pleased.

The measuring guys bent my screen and measured and left. The gentleman that came to install the glass fixed the screen, installed the replacement glass were extremely professional. So far the glass is working great without the whole unit replacement quote from another company of $$5000. I couldn’t be happier. I will hire again.

Yuri and his associate were fantastic. The work took three full days and was done professionally. The windows look new. The team was neat and always made sure the work area was clean each evening. They were punctual and clearly skilled. Special challenges included matching faded stain on the Pella windows and taking care of an ant colony that had set up residence in one of the rotted frames. We have already recommended Apex to two people.

The job has been done just so so. Not clean up the wood dirt completely around the house.

Had new glass installed in 7 windows, and 2 sashes in bay window. Expressed concern at time of quote on 5/10/17 to Denis A. that 3 upper windows drop down suddenly and can cause injury. He said this might resolve itself when they install new glass and remove windows from frames, so no parts were ordered. The new glass didn’t resolve this problem so I asked the technician, Nazur, to have the office order parts for these windows (3 sets of balancers and a piece that holds one window up). He took pictures and said he’d have them ordered. I’ve called office several times asking for status of parts and always get the run-around. I’ve been told Yura is the only one who can order parts but he was never in the office when I called and couldn’t be reached by phone. He never returned my call. I’ve talked to several people in the office and no one can tell me if he ordered the parts, what company they were ordered from, or when they’d be in. They tell me they’ll check on it, but never call me back with answers to my questions. They are difficult to work with and unprofessional. Today’s date is 10/10/17 and I still don’t know if the parts were ever ordered so NO, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I wanted to share an experience I had with your company. I had you provide me a quote to replace 6 window sashes because the seals were broken. I contacted you a week prior to scheduling the appointment and asked that you fix 8 window sashes since I found two more that needed to be replaced. The appointment was for 9-27-2017 and it was from 8-10 AM. The afternoon prior to the appointment, the technician asked if I could move the appointment to 12-2 PM which I agreed. When you came out, the work order said they were replacing 7 window sashes and the technician said they did not have time to finish the last one and I would need to reschedule. I contacted your company on 10-2-2017 and scheduled an appointment for 10-4-2017 from 8-10 AM. I was contacted on 10-3-2017 to see if I wanted the last sash replaced. I shared that I already booked an appointment on 10-4-2017 and they had no record of the appointment. I booked another appointment for 10-6-2017 from 8-10 AM. I was contacted on 10-5-2017 and received a voicemail from the technician that if I could move the appointment to 12-2 PM to please give them a call. I did not call. On 10-6-2017, I contacted your office at 10 AM because no one showed up. The only available appointment was from 3-5 PM which is different from what you left on my voicemail. I do not think I am the lucky recipient of all these issues. This absolutely must be happening with a number of your customers and the process you have for scheduling customers is completely flawed. You should have one person scheduling appointments (with two back-ups) not just anyone who is in the office and the technician should not be contacting customers directly to reschedule since it is not getting completed.

Overall they did a good job on the replacement work needed and this was after they missed my initial scheduled work day to a vehicle issue. This would be fine if they would have called me to let me know that they were running behind and would be late but I had to call them. We then rescheduled the work and they showed up on time and the workers did a an excellent job!

Everything went well and I am happy with the outcome. No more seepage into the basement.

Apex did a great job. Timely and efficient.

Two Apex workmen did the job. The lead man clearly knew what he was doing, he appeared to be a carpenter or had similar skills, and the other man was more of a helper. Most of the day was spent on the job.

Excellent. Apex was even able to match the inside grid. Perfectly fine that it took a few weeks to manufacture and install the new window pane since the existing window stayed in place until the new one was ready.

Overall very well. Much better than a window replacement. Didn't even know that such a service existed. Very happy I found this business.

They set up and did they work, had a hard time finding somebody who replaces double pane windows, when you don't want to replace the casement.

Very well. I will use them again if the need arises!
