Steve Pinsler made my wife and me very comfortable with our decision even days later after the contract was signed. His team did excellent work and the installed roof was much, much better than I thought it would look like. My wife and I am over the moon now that it is finished and the communication was excellent. They cleaned up after the work was done and no one would have ever known that they were there. I would have no hesitation in recommending A&D Home Improvements to anyone who wanted to hire professional contractors.

Had a couple of bumps on installation day, but my concerns were addressed immediately and completely.

Very happy with roof replacement project...from start to finish. Steve provided a very competetive quote and is very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and offered expert advice on what needed to be done. Steve kept in contact during the installation to see if there were any issues. Installers were very professional. Arrived on time and completed the work when promised. Derrick was the foreman and was excellent. Kept me informed throughout the installation. Removed all debris and completely cleaned the work area. Would highly recommend and would use again for home improvement projects. Roof looks great.

We had vinyl siding placed over our existing wood siding. The house looks great. We are very happy with the results. We worked with Steve (one of the owners). He was knowledgeable and willing to work with us. The reason I did not give five stars is because of the crew's cleanup job. I found bits and pieces (some not so small) of both vinyl siding and metal trim as well as nails, cigarette butts, and a lighter around our lawn, bushes and deck. This was done in Sept/Oct and I'm still finding stuff. I mentioned it to Steve when the job was finished. He met with the foreman at our house during cleanup and assured us it would be taken care of. The foreman proceeded to walk around the house with a leaf blower. Not sure exactly what that was supposed to accomplish but I didn't see him pick up one bit of debris. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional.

Good communication and prompt follow-up. Wanted our roof replaced before winter and they were able to turn around the job quickly, just before the weather turned. The job took 2 full days, which was 1 day longer than the proposal had estimated. But they got the job done well, as far as I can tell. No issues yet, though roof has only been installed for a month. Good communication throughout. I would recommend this company.

Price is competitive. Good communication through out the whole project. They would even taken care of the small imperfection that I asked for after the roof is installed.

we are very pleased with the work that A & D Home Improvement did replacing our roof this week. The workers were very polite and professional and they did a beautiful job. They worked from early morning till almost dark to complete the job in one day. When they were done they cleaned up everywhere! Our salesman, Steve, said we would be happy, and we sure are!

Michael Pinsetter was very easy yo work with, and knew all aspects of the job. The price was very reasonable after having other quotes that were out of the ballpark. They even adjusted to change the skylights that were 30 years old, and handled the issue without even a delay. We will be doing business again!

I had Roman as my salesperson. He took a lot of time looking at my roofs( house and garage) determining the scope of work needed to replace both roofs. He got the company the job based on time he spent here not only inspecting the roof but answering all my questions and concerns and actually listened to what I was looking for. Both roofs look great. The only issues were trying to get a permit thru Cook County and there seemed to be some confusion between the office and the gutter installers as when my roof was done and the time it took for the gutter crew to get here. I also liked the idea that they were local and from my old neighborhood. I gave my neighbor Roman's card to get an estimate on their roof as well. I would be happy to recommend this company for your next roof.

Steve Pinsler was as good as his word. I was worried, based on my prior experience with contractors, but he delivered. In fact when the tenants in my rental building failed to move their cars (necessary to provide access needed to re-roof the garage) Steve took it in stride and worked with me to reschedule and get the job done.

I had the good fortune of working directly with Steve Pinsler, the owner of A&D Home improvement. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He quickly assessed the roof in my presence, explaining what needed to be done and why. He also clarified the up-grades which are standard in his installation. Steve then quoted a very competitive price. The work was done promptly and effectively. The subsequent clean-up was wonderful. Finally, Steve came back to personally see that I was completely satisfied. I was and I recommend A&D Home Improvement.
