 + -1 moreThey came to take a look. They determined that the issue is likely mostly due to the vent and said that they would work with one of their heating & cooling partners to come up with some solutions and that they would get back to me "In a few days". I waited a week and a half before calling to follow up. I left a message that was never returned. I called again after the holidays and spoke with the man who had come to the house. He said he hadn't heard back from the partners he contacted and would get back to me by the end of the day or the following Monday. That was Friday, January 3, 2014 and Monday, January 6, 2014. I didn't receive a response. I called back and left a message again last Wednesday, January 8, 2014. I have yet to receive a call back. It has been over 1 month since they came to take a look. I have yet to receive a call back or to speak with them when it was not initiated by me being proactive. Terrible responsiveness.
Description of Work: We have been having issues with our bathroom fan vents dripping water on the top floor of of the building. I called A1 because they had helped with an emergency leak issue in the past and the heating and cooling compainies I've called said that it was a roofing issue and wouldn't come to look. A1 came out to take a look to see if they could help fix the issue.
