Description of Work: Mark Petsche is the owner of Petsche Decorating. I have hired Mark and his crew to tackle multiple painting tasks, including re-painting the entire interior of my home, cleaning and staining the exterior of my home. His latest project for me was to prime and paint the entire interior of a large 30 ft. x 40 ft. detached garage with a walk in loft/Storage space. He also painted the concrete floor with a border, i.e., two colors, in an epoxy paint. He is meticulous and detail oriented. He does excellent work at a reasonable price. He is more than a painter... Mark Petsche is a student and researcher of paint. He knows his business. I routinely recommend him, without hesitation, to anyone looking for a painter.

+ -1 moreWe purchased a home whose interior had been painted in extremely loud colors, e.g.,the living room being hot pink. We needed the entire home painted. I got three estimates. Mark Petsche was the most thorough and meticulous in his evaluating the work to be done. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so I appreciated his attention to detail. Because of his approach and evaluation, I was already leaning towards hiring him before I received his estimate. His estimate was lower than the other two painters, so my decision was a no-brainer. He did a great job. Two years later I hired him to clean, stain and seal the entire exterior of the house, which is sided with Canandian rough hewn cedar. He again did a great job. Unfortunately, I do not recall the cost of that job so I did not provide an estimate. It was a bigger and more costly project than the interior work, though. I have been completely satisfied with his work. He is the first name I offer whenever a friend or associate needs a painter. I have not heard any negative reviews from any of the people who I have referred to Petsche Decorating, Inc.
Description of Work: Mark Petsche is the owner/operator of Petsche Decorating, Inc. In 2007 I had Mark and his crew paint the entire interior of a home we just purchased. Two years later I had him clean, stain and seal the Canadian cedar siding.
