Description of Work: In our presently owned house. I have used Greg Tyson of Tyson Renovation, He is licensed and insured. We have owned our home for 15 yrs. In this time frame we have had him do several jobs in our home. We started off by having him do our kitchen. He replaced all our kitchen cabinets,counter tops, fixtures and paint. He was so personable and profetional and made sure we were completely satisfied that we have used him for multiple projects. He has done in our home, 2 bathrooms from top to bottom, All new oak doors, trim and flooring throughout our house. Painting of walls, staining of our deck, tear off and replacement of our roof. Every time we had work done, of course we always got other quotes to make sure he was comparable and felt he always was. In our previously owned home, we went for the cheep and fast way of doing things. Of course always complaining. For the quality of work and really not that much more money for the quality of work we received. It has always been worth it.Why now after 15yrs of work am I now just listing this? I just joined angies list, to find a good specialty dentist and decided to also, share with other people about my great experience.

+ -1 moreTyson Renovations never called me back. I guess they are making so much money that they don't need future business. Nothing is more aggravating than to try to spend money with a company and they don't even have the courtesy to call you back.

Description of Work: REMODELED OLDER HOMES. BUILT GARAGE, MADE AND REFINISHED CABINETS, INSTALLED CERAMIC TILE AND POURED CONCRETE. ALSO POWER WASHED, SANDED, REFINISHED AND SEALED DECK. REPLACED DOORS WITH CUSTOM FIT DOORS AND HINGES. INSTALLED METAL AND WOOD FENCING. REPLACED GUTTERS. REMODELED KITCHEN AND BATH. REMODELED ENCLOSED PORCH. COMPLETED REPAIRS AFTER WATER AND SMOKE DAMAGE AND INSTALLED NEW WINDOWS.

I AM CURRENTLY DECONVERTING THE RENTAL FROM A 2-UNIT TO A 1-UNIT FOR APPROXIMATELY $10,000 AND FEEL VERY CONFIDENT THAT TYSON WILL AGAIN PERFORM WELL. AN ADDITIONAL BONUS IS THE FACT THAT TYSON RENOVATIONS PEOPLE LISTEN TO WHAT I NEED, HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND, AND ARE COOPERATIVE AND GOOD TO WORK WITH.
Description of Work: I HAD A SERIES OF REPAIRS AND UPGRADES TO A RENTAL I HAD JUST BOUGHT. TYSON RENOVATIONS PERFORMED THE MINOR AND THE MAJOR WORK VERY PROFESSIONALLY, PROMPTLY, AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
