The crew that did the installation of the panels were courteous, professional, and are very knowledgeable in their trade! Here's my detailed experience: Initial Contact & Estimate: Mike came out within 2 days of my call and provided a thorough inspection. He took photos of problem areas and explained everything in terms I could understand. The estimate was clear, itemized, and middle-range compared to other quotes I received. Professionalism: - Showed up exactly when promised - Crew was courteous and professional - All workers wore proper safety equipment - They laid tarps to protect our landscaping - Project manager checked in daily with updates Quality of Work: - Completed the job in 3 days as estimated - Used high-quality GAF materials as specified - Found and repaired some damaged decking - Properly installed new ventilation - Clean, straight lines on all shingles Clean-up: They did an exceptional job cleaning up. Used magnetic rollers for nails multiple times, removed all debris, and left our yard cleaner than they found it. Post-Job Service: - Provided all warranty paperwork - Followed up one week later to ensure satisfaction - Promptly addressed a minor gutter issue we noticed Value: $12,400 for a complete tear-off and replacement of a 2,000 sq ft roof, including new underlayment and ice barrier. Price was fair for the quality of materials and workmanship. Only minor critique: Communication was occasionally delayed during the busy storm season, but they always got back within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend them for their professionalism, quality work, and attention to detail.

I was hesitating on getting solar because of the war stories I've heard. A friend referred me to TruHome pros and I'm so glad she did. They were clear in their communication and exceeded my expectations. I'm now using them on my four rentals. It was an amazing experience with TruHome Pros. The entire process was exactly what they said it would be from start to finish. The quality of the install is 10/10 and the job site was clean. One small thing I noticed that went a long way was after the installation/cleanup was complete, guys walked around with magnets to make sure they did miss any nails in my landscaping/driveway.
