TREVINO PAINTING

Josh Trevino came when he said he would to give me my estimates and he came when he said he would to do the jobs. The jobs he did were done well and efficiently. They were completed when he said they would be. What else can you ask for? We'll continue to use Trevino Painting whenever we need to.

Very good phone demeanor, but he did not come through. I called him and set up an appointment. He called me the day of and said he couldn't make it. So we set up a time of 1:00 for the next day. He even picked the time. Around 1:30 I called and got no answer. I called at 2:30, but no answer so I left another message. He has never called me back. I was home all day and night so I know he never called or tried to stop by.

The job started Jan 22nd and they were here the whole week. They were supposed to put one coat of paint on the walls and then return the next week to put another coat on after our hardwood floors were installed. He came back out on Feb 5th to put on the second coat. He told us he needed to reschedule because he didn't think it was going to take him the whole day. He called us on Tuesday and I returned his call on Wednesday to get him to come back to finish the work. We did not hear back from him so we sent him an angry email and then he finally responded, stating that he was out of town unexpectedly and did not have his work phone with him. He said he would be back Friday the 16th but it is now Monday the 19th and we have not heard back from him. We are very disappointed and think this is very unprofessional.

Josh was very professional and did an excellent job. He took extra time to make sure the work that he did was of high quality and you could tell he took great pride in his work. I was very satisfied with the work he preformed and will hire him again in the future. I have had other drywall work done in the past and his work was far superior to any of the other work I have had done.
