+ -1 moreThey were punctual and knew their stuff. But we had some complaints about the work that was done and they came back and fixed it. We love the shutters that we have, their products are good. My wife is happy with the shutters. We told them we were unhappy and they came back and fixed the things that needed to be done. They put everything back up and they painted the area. Now it looks great.

+ -1 moreThe shutters are fantastic! They look amazing and really help with keeping the heat in and the cold out! There were two appointments- first one for measurements and the second for installation. Both were on time and friendly. The estimate and measurements were quick and allowed me to get back to work within my lunch hour. The estimate was right on what I was expecting to pay. The installation also was right on time with the estimate of when they would be there. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and now that the shutters have been in for over a year, I am really reaping the benefits of losing less air out the window.
