Description of Work: We had our well pump replaced by a different company, we continued to have poor water pressure, when we contacted the other company they said we needed a new well for $22,000. Suburban well came and told me there must be a crack in a fitting, coupling or piping because the pump is running 24/7 trying to get water into the house. That I needed to call the first company to have the fix it properly, they other company, never answered my calls or returned my calls. Suburban Well came out quickly; pulled the 1 week new pump and the PVC pump had a four inch crack in it. They replaced the fittings, PVC and we have the best water pressure ever! Thanks Guys!!! Jason and Jack for working so hard for me and getting my family water! Highly Recommend!!!!

Description of Work: Had a leak in the well pipe right before the reverse osmosis unit. Fixed it quickly and cleanly, but was even more impressed with their overall knowledge of the whole system and provided great advice on how to make the whole system better- even though that work wouldn't be done by them.

 + -1 moreWoke up at 3 am with no water and knew we had a well problem. We contacted 3 places and received 2 quotes. We liked Jacks expertise and experience on wells. He was complete in his exam of the problem and said he could do it the next day! He asked us to prune a few trees or he would be happy too, so they would have room to work. We pruned the trees. Crews showed up on time and as promised. They let me prune additional branches as needed rather then cut the tree down. I was able to see the broken pump before replacing it and it was as he said. They were all very professional. This was an excellent company to do business with. We are very happy and will be recommending them to all out clients and neighbors who have wells.
Description of Work: We had a new pump put in our residential water well.
