I called asking for an estimate for carpeting the room and if it could be done quickly. I spoke with Diana who was able to get Jaime, the owner, on his cell within 2 minutes and called me back. He said if I could come to the store and pick out carpet at 5pm Friday, they could install the next day (Saturday). I went to the store and we went into the warehouse in the back of the store to view the rolls of carpet; I was only looking for a 12x12 piece in a neutral cream and told him it could even be a remnant. He was able to locate a roll of carpet that met my needs, quoted me the price, and arranged to come between 11 and 12 on Saturday. Jaime came with help from his son and the men were able to get the carpet laid efficiently and quickly. There were minimal marks on the baseboard trim and the edges and thresholds were done perfectly. I've had issues with carpet layers in the past scraping all the paint off of my furniture and leaving ripples in the carpet. Silva's was perfect and I will definitely use them again.

Silva's flooring offers professional service, at pretty good prices, and great quality work. They are on time, responsive, and try to work out the best solutions for each situation. I would definitely recommend them and use them myself again in the future.

I have been searching for a reasonable place to get carpeting. Every time I walk out of a carpet store I feel shafted. I wasnt looking for the cheapest carpet but I wanted to feel like it was a reasonable price. Jaime was fast , professional and priced right. I have a lot more to purchase and will come back to him .

Carpet stretching was performed on time. Installer was polite and professional. Post-job cleanup was performed. Time was taken to explain the process and issues found with carpets. Job was completed quickly. Excellent work.

We had him out to give us an estimate on new padding under our carpet and re-stretching the carpet. He recommended that we keep the padding, as it was a good quality and there was nothing wrong with it. We had him back 3 days later to re-stretch the carpet. He was quick, efficient and did a really good job. He fixed a problem with the carpet bunching up on the side that we didn't even notice. The carpet actually looks better than it did new. If we were to buy new carpeting or other flooring, we would definitely contact him.
