+ -1 moreTHE WORKMAN WAS CLEAN AND POLITE AND HELD TO HIS ESTIMATE. THEY EXPLAINED UP FRONT THAT NOT ALL PET ODORS CAN BE REMOVED.
Description of Work: WE CALLED THEM TO COME OUT AND CLEAN AN OTTOMAN OUR CAT HAD SPRAYED WHILE WE WERE ON VACATION. SINCE THEY HAD A MINIMUM SERVICE CHARGE OF $95.00 THE MAN ALSO CLEANED OUR CARPET IN THE FAMILY ROOM. WHILE THE OTTOMAN SMELL TOOK TWO MONTHS TO GO AWAY THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT.
