We have used Restore Plumbing & Drain for a couple of years now and we could not be more pleased with them. Professionalism on the job and the quality of their work is always first rate.

Everything went as smoothly as possible. They answered my initial phone call and I was able to give them an overview of the situation. They provided an arrival window and showed up during the early part of it, which I appreciated. Tom, whom I believe is the owner of the business, met me at my property, checked the unit thoroughly and determined that the tank itself was leaking. He offered up a couple of options for replacement units and explained the pros and cons of each. I made my pick and he was readily prepared as he had brought along a new water heater on his truck. He removed the old leaky unit carefully using tarps and made sure it didn't get anything in the house wet. In about an hour and a half, he had the new unit up and running and explained exactly how it works to both me and my tenant. Overall, I was extremely happy with the entire experience. I certainly don't like having to hire a plumber, but the next time I need one, I will definitely be using Restore for the job.

WORK DONE IN SAME DAY. INCLUDING BUYING, PICKING UP NEW UNIT, INSTALLING NEW AND DISPOSAL OF OLD. INSTALLED PAN UNDER UNIT TO CATCH NEXT TANK BREAK DOWN SO WATER DOESN'T GO ALL OVER BASEMENT AGAIN.

Tom, the owner, came out and hooked up the sink with no problems. Hooked up the water lines and drain along with caulking the sink basin. We had purchased a floor model dishwasher that was to be installed. Tom mentioned there were pieces missing so we decided to return that unit and purchase a new model. It was delivered the following week and Tom came out and completed the install. We had called another plumber for a quote but it was significantly higher. Overall, we are very happy with the work completed and will be using Restore for other projects in the future.

I contacted Restore Plumbing and Drain via their website portal and received a prompt callback to schedule an estimate. Honest and fair pricing and the repair was done quickly and professionally. Tom was right on schedule for the estimate and repair and easy to communicate with. I will use them in the future should I need plumbing service and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

He called me the first day, and was the first one to call me out of all of the plumbers I contacted.His estimate was upfront, and took very little time, as he explained thoroughly what the charges were for and what he estimated is what I paid. This is by far the best plumber I have used, before retirement I worked with plumbers so I know what I am talking about. His thorough knowledge of what he is doing and explaining to the customer is phenomenal. I am not going to go for another plumber again.

It went as smooth as can be. Tom was great and is very experienced. Informed me of what he was going to do and also showed me how to troubleshoot if the pilot goes out. Nice guy and would use him again.
