Description of Work: I detected a Trojan Virus in my computer and called PENS, LLC. The information I read about their company stated that they considered every customer as their #1 priority. They proved truthful to their claims. They responded immediately. I was impressed with the people skill that the companey representative displayed. He was not only courteous and friendly, but he was completely knowledgeable in the computer field
