Our spring for our large garage door broke overnight. Called Ortiz at 6:50AM. Ortiz was on site by 7:45 and the repair was complete by 8:05. Fast and efficient service. Was great to work with. Will definitely call Ortiz again for any garage door needs.

Oscar was very prompt and helpful with fixing my garage. He explained why my cable kept un-raveling from the pulley. He was able to correct the issue very quickly. Costs were very good. I would highly recommend him to others.

I contacted Oscar when the spring broke on my garage door. He came within 2 hours, fixed it, explained why they broke so quickly (3 years) and recommended a product to keep that from happening again. He was great! Highly recommend!

We are very happy with the responsive, fast and friendly service. The broken springs were replaced quickly and a superior, stronger bracket attached to the garage door to replace the prior poor bracket. I will definitely call them back in the future for any other garage door repairs.

Great experience! On Thursday evening, one lift cable of our 16' door snapped leaving the door closed with our cars inside. Oscar was the first to respond, and quoted the best price. We setup an install time of Saturday morning. However, he called Friday afternoon stating his plans changed and he could come by later in the afternoon. He arrived even sooner than he expected, and had the job done within 10 minutes. Quick, capable, and courteous. Thank you Oscar!

The job was posted late in the evening...Oscar called me within 60 seconds of posting! He was professional and polite. He requested that I text him photos of the damage from my car and assured me that I am not the first gal to drive into the door 🙈. I received a call within 30 mins. after completing the Angie's List form. Mr. Ortiz was professional and gave me plenty of information to help me make my decision. He came out the day before installation to ensure that the measurements I gave him were correct so that there would be no problems with installation. He wanted to be sure the size of the door was correct. From the time I requested contacts til the time the job was done was two days. A great job!

Excellent. Checked Angie's List for garage door contractors, left my phone number and was contacted immediately by Ortiz. I asked him for a rough cost estimate, texted him a picture of the inside of the door so he could estimate the parts needed, he came back with a good price, and we set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly, knew exactly what to do, had the parts and proper tools, and completed the job in a flash. I'm very pleased.

I am so happy with their service. They called back within 1 minute and said they would be here in an hour. They arrived in 35 minutes. They found the problem and repaired it in 30 minutes. I will definitely call them again if needed. Gus and his coworker were punctual, polite and explained what they were doing and why. Great service.

This guy is horrible at scheduling service ! left me hanging 2 days because he didn't have the correct cable..Could not return a text and pretends no to have any knowledge of my text. Did not respond because this should have been warranty work, Unfortunately I watched my door go crooked and hesitated to call because the spindle he tightened during a spring replacement slipped. The YELP reviews here cannot be legit also found a more responsive company for far less money. JUST PLAIN IGNORANT AND RUDE !

Mr. Ortiz showed up on time and completed the job in no time at all!!! He was called to fix a loose cable that was not allowing the garage door to function properly. The price was reasonable and he even gave the door a tune up and checked the garage door opener.

They called at 7am in response to my phone message at 11 pmlast night. He quoted and they were here within the hour and replaced the springs. He showed how the prior installer had installed undersize springs by the bolt marks on the shaft He gave the correct springs at a fair price and made a few adjustments to the track as well Real professionsl and I would hit sgsin

Exceptional. Picked the right door for my opening, which was a slightly modified size. This was remarkable because he came expecting a standard door size because that's what I told him. Yet, instead of installing the standard size door that he brought, he left and got a new door and came back two days later to install the optimal sized door. It looks better than most doors because it fits right versus what most installers would have produced using a standard sized door-- I can see my neighbors did not have the same expert service since their doors are not as perfectly sized. I contacted Ortiz when my garage door opener broke. He asked me to tell him what was wrong, and asked me to send him a picture of the unit if possible so he would be able to best assess the problem before arriving. We set a time for the morning and he arrived right on time. He looked at the unit, immediately identified the problem and explained to me the cost of repair versus replacement, and told me he could have the repair done immediately and how long it would take. He arrived at 8:30 AM and by 9:15 he was finished. He explained that on older units like mine, which is 15 years old, what problems I need to be watching for in the near future.
