Nu-Way Systems Carpet Dyeing & Cleaning

They're really great and they get our carpet really cleaned. I've got a lot of stains out that I think other people can't get out. I don't know if their solution is better but they do a really good job.

Arrived on time, polite, friendly and got straight to work. Excellent service - I can't recommend them highly enough. Oh and I had just had our carpets cleaned six weeks prior - no comparison. Worth every penny!

On 5/16 I spoke to Rick and described what I was looking for. He described to me the different levels of carpet cleaning services, and wanting only something basic from a professional to come after what I have personally done, he scheduled Jason to come out and quote my job on 5/20. Jason was prompt, friendly, and professional. Having acquired 3 other bids and liking what I heard I hired him on the spot for a 5/29 appointment. On 5/29 Jason and Cody arrived within the scheduled window. They were both friendly, professional, knowledgable, and obviously experienced because they completed the job within the 90 minute estimated time. I did have to run a dehumidifier because rainy season probably wasn't the best time to clean my carpets, but once dried and despite a few trouble spots left from my cat that I will have to spot clean, I am super-happy with the overall results. Since I purchased the economy package and didn't have them attend to those spots, I am considering hiring them to come out again and focus on those few trouble spots. I am putting Nu-Way's information into my "house folder" to use in the future.

1This is a very pleasant company to do business with. They were responsive to my requests for special attention to a few areas - including the edges of stairs that prior carpet cleaners did not do a good job of. Although we hadn't planned on dyeing the pet stain - they did it very quickly. You would never tell where that stain was. Our carpeting is over ten years old now and they really perked it up. I am very happy with the result and will be using them in the future.

First time I used this company for carpet cleaning and was very pleased with the service. They were extremely proffesional, courteous, and knowlegeable. Everything went very smoothly and the carpets look great! Would definitely use them again!

The guys did a wonderful job removing rust & paint stains. We also had a few areas stretched where it was buckling. It turned out awesome! I plan to use them again & have recommended them to our friends!

They arrived on time, the cleaned the carpets (moving the furniture) in my family room and 2 staircases. My carpets take a beating due to 3 cats and 3 dogs. They also did spot cleaning and deodorizing. They did an awesome job with the cleaning and cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend.

These guys were fantastic! I got the owner live on the phone when I called, and they went out of their way to accommodate my immediate need based on my schedule. Jason and Cody were extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and fast, and my carpet looks as good as new! They answered all my questions and were very honest with their assessment. Plus, they did not hassle me with up-selling. I greatly appreciated the professionalism and service, and I'll be using them again!

Very responsive via e-mail to set up the appointment. Workers were on time and worked quickly. Very professional and friendly. Left an extra bottle of cleaning solution just in case a stain came back; it didn't thankfully but the thought was much appreciated.

I e-mailed Rick at Nu-Way to schedule my annual carpet cleaning. He e-mailed me back very promptly and confirmed the date I wanted to have the carpets cleaned. On the day of the cleaning Jason and another technician arrived early. Jason went over the pricing for the cleaning and additional pricing for scotch guard treatment. After going over the pricing, Jason took one of the sofa cusions out to the truck to test the fabric so that we would use the proper treatment. While Jason was taking care of the pricing and cushion testing, the other technician began vacumming all of the carpeting. They then got to work. The guys were EXTREMELY professional and did an outstanding job. When my wife got home she couldn't believe how good everything looked. Nu-way seems to be a bit more expensive then some other carpet cleaning companies but there professionalism and workmanship is worth it.

We have just bought a house in Naperville and before moving in we wanted to get the carpet cleaned. I found Nu Way carpet cleaner on Angie's list. Rickey was the person I talk to over the phone, I think he is also the owner of the company. He were friendly and helpful, but he insist to give him the exact sizes of the rooms as he do not send his staff to quote there service only. I was bit worried as they are on an expensive side, but when they came and clean my carpet i got very satisfied. After they cleaned the carpet I could still smell some oder in it, and wanted them to deodorize the carpet and his crew said if the smell does not go away after the carpet is dry, I should call them and they will come and deodorize it. I wonder if they will do that without charging me as they had issues coming all the way to my home to quote their services. I have used lots of carpet cleaning services before but they out did all of them in quality of cleaning my carpet. Even though their prices are on a higher end, I will still use their services in the future and will also recommend them to friends and family.

They did it all in about 2.5 days. The estimate was spot on (no pun). The repairs in the basement look really good. Rick warned us it would not be perfect, but the final result is way better than I had hoped. It's really hard to see the repair unless you are looking for it. The stretch work they did make the carpets looks brand new. After the stretching was completed, Rick re-did one small area because it wasn't perfect. He spotted it without my prompting. We had a couple of really old stains that are completely gone now. The job wasn't cheap, but it was a big job including the cleaning, stretching and repairs. We both agree that it was worth every penny. Especially since we do not have to purchase new carpet in the basement. I will use them again. They also gave us the Angie's list 10% discount. They also added in some additional discounts.

It went great. It was the first time I had used them. I got them off Angie's List. The carpets look great!

Rick was very courteous when I called and explained to me what would be necessary to clean my carpets over the phone; he explained about the different treatments available and asked me what my preference was; he gave me an estimate which was right on track for what I paid; I made sure he knew the carpets were in bad shape and needed alot of work; I was told that the staff would arrive between 10:30am and 12:00noon and would call when they were on their way; they did just that and arrived on time; I had an experienced staff with a younger helper- both men were very professional and polite; I know the job was worse than they expected but both men handled it well; it was a nasty mess and they did a great job! They also give an Angie's List discount. they explained to me the cleaning process they performed and suggested ways I could better protect my carpets in the future (ie have a Teflon process applied early on); I really appreciated their hard work and putting up with the mess. I would definitely use them again. Thanks, guys!

We contacted Nu way to clean our carpet and two chairs after checking with Angie's List. They came to our house, and gave us what we considered a fair estimate so we scheduled them to come out. They were unable to come out at the scheduled time due to illness. So another date was selected. They arrived at the time selected and went right to work. They were neat, professional and efficient The carpet and chairs look brand new. We are totally satisfied.

Carpets look great! I'm kind of a clean freak, and I definitely approve of this company. Would use again and also recommend!!

I chose them to do the work because I have a previous experience with them a few years back. They cleaned the carpet. My wife got some work done from them in the part of the house and in another couple of rooms. They did good work. I had them do the further repairs and called them back. I have used them twice. I will use them again

From the time I called the office to when they came out to complete the cleaning, the expierence was very professional & excellent - I have found my 1 & only carpet cleaning company - NU - Way Systems, you are the best!!!

Company called 1 hour before arrival as requested. They reviewed with us the options for cleaning and made recommendations for our carpet. They used green products and since we have a dog applied a order and stain remover treatment along with a teflon protector. They did a great job with the cleaning and removed all the oil spots from where our dog sleeps on the carpet. They did point out 2 small spots that they could not remove and made recommendations. They finished in the time frame they quoted and weeks later the carpet still looks like new! Great job!

Called Nu-Way and even though they were in Rockford, Il. and we are located in down town Chicago, they set a date with in two days and came to give us an estimate. We set a date for the service, they arrived exactely on time. The workmen were curtious, fast and efficient. A job well done and we will certainly use them on our next carpet cleaning project.

Overall I was very pleased with Nu-Way Systems. I had another company come out and give me an estimate, as well, and they gave me a cheaper price, however, they did not give me a written estimate. Jason from Nu-Way not only gave me a written estimate, but also gave me literature on different services they provide. I like to have a written estimate so, I went with Nu-Way. I had two floors, including stairs done. I wanted the floors done on separate days and Jason was very accommodating. Both Jason and Chip are very friendly and polite. At the end, my cost was $51.00 less than estimated.
