Nu-Way Systems Carpet Dyeing & Cleaning

Nu-Way cleaned my carpeting 3 months ago, along with cleaning the edges along the wall. I had noticed the soil seemed to be reappearing in my hallway and one bedroom at the edges again. I emailed this to Rick and he immediately responded with a telephone call. They came out and redid these areas once again at no cost. I was very impressed, because my carpeting is over 20 yrs old. But they insisted that they wanted me to be pleased with their service and had no problem redoing the edges in the hallway and bedroom.

I was very pleased. The men who did the service were very professional and did everything to make the cleaning up to my satisfaction. The price was higher than I would have wanted to pay, but I needed the edging near the walls on my beige carpet cleaned badly and this was labor intensive.

I couldnt use the deal because I am located out of their service area. They were very quick to respond back and let me know they couldnt service me.

Service went very well. Jason was great. Was on time and very clean. No problem with moving some furniture and everything looks great.

The Nu-Way guys arrived 10 minutes outside their scheduled time due to traffic congestion coming out of Chicago. However, they provided telephone updates on their status starting a half an hour before their arrival window start time. Upon arrival, they went straight to work. Although we had planned on having a second area rug cleaned, they pointed out problems with possible dye bleeding and recommended that they not do that rug. They provided contact information for a cleaning firm that specialized in cleaning foreign made rugs. The cleaning was quick, thorough and professional. We received the Angie's List discount for all services, including scotchgarding of all cleaned carpeting. We would definitely call upon Nu-Way again.

They did an excellent job. Also advised against cleaning a couch due to possible discoloration.

.At the first visit they came out to give me an estimate and see if thought they could get out various stains. Jason came out with another co-worker. They were very thorough and professional. This company is excellent at communicating. They spent a lot of time at my house and explained what they could do and what they could not do for my carpets. They are all about honesty and not playing games which are common with many carpet cleaners. They were not what I would describe as cheap or inexpensive. They really made me feel comfortable. They gave me a written estimate and broke down everything. The next day I called their office and booked the cleaning for about a week and a hed mealf out which worked well for me. Again they communicated the day before on on the phone and then sent an email with a check list and info about who they were sending and what to expect. They called on the morning of the cleaning letting me know they were a few minutes away. Jason returned along with Spencer. They astyked me to show them exactly what I wanted cleaned to be sure were were all in agreement and to show any areas of concern. Again they were very friendly and professional. They were very careful to protect my walls and other parts of the house and furniture. They predicted it would take them all morning and indeed they got done at 12:30 and started about 8:45. They communicated all during the morning telling me how it was coming. I had requested that they clean some dining rm chairs. They cleaned one chair and showed me the results and recommended that I did not do the other chairs since the stains were so old and permanent on this type of fabric. They were honest and could have proceeded and still charged me but they did not. They really did an incredible job of getting my carpets clean. They got out most of the very stubborn stains and they go made everything smell fresh. They used fans to help dry the carpet and they used rakes to finish the carpet and make it look showroom new. I really like how they do business and wished others would follow their example. They are honest and friendly and do excellent work. I would recommend them to everyone.

WOW! Fast, professional, and got out impossible stains. Nu-Way earned huge brownie points with me, when they went very far out of there way to find the correct replacement padding for the carpet given the padding I purchased which was incorrect. Nu-Way could have simply installed "as is" but it would not have looked or felt correct. However, they took extra time to explain the issue, then let the job site to visit 3 different stores to find the correct pad. I would highly recommend them.

The guys were great. On time (early even which I love), looked over everything, wrote up the invoice and we were good to go. I will definitely use them again.

The carpet looks like it did the day it was installed six years ago. The stairs were in bad shape with ripples and now they are perfect.

They even took the time to take pictures of where our funiture was so when they were finished they could put everything back where it was which I thought was awsome. They were very upfront and honest throughout the service. They called us ahead of time to let us know when they were going to show up. My overall experience was outstanding.

Nu -Way was punctual, courteous and did a wonderful job on my carpeting! My house smelled sooooo clean and fresh when they left. I would use them again for sure.

We were putting our house up for sale and needed to get the carpets cleaned. Nu-Way Systems was not the cheapest that we interviewed, but we liked the explanation of what they would do to clean the carpets better. They came on time and they finished the entire two story house and basement in an incredibly short time for the amount of carpet that they covered. But it looked wonderful when they were done, pretty much like new. We would definitely recommend them for the professionalism and the quality of their work.

They told us we did not have to move all the furniture. We had some problems around the walls and they were able to get rid of the black streak for us. They were able to get the trouble areas of the carpets. There were two people here doing the work and it took several hours to complete. They did a great job and the carpets looked really clean. I did call once when my parents needed their carpets cleaned right away and they could not meet my needs.

Living room/dining room carpet 25 years old and stained badly. After cleaning it looks almost like new. Great job. The also cleaned some chairs and sofas and they came out wonderful also. This company is not inexpensive but we certainly got what we paid for. Highly recommended.

They came the day after we called and used their special system for animal soil treatment. The rugs looked and smelled great . They were very professional and explained each step, what they used and why it worked best on our carpet and provided us with spot cleaner if any thing showed up at a later . I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic service! Technicians arrived 3+ hours after my call. Was notified that applying a simple dye would not work due to damage done to carpet fibers by the chemicals in the toilet bowl cleaner. 15-20 minutes later the carpet was replaced with a remnant piece and it non-detectable! Amazing service, knowledgable and professional technicians. Highly recommend!

I called Rick on Monday, 12/18 and Jason and Cody came out 2 days later to do the work. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and did a TERRIFIC job (they even left me a bottle of shampoo for any stains or problem areas I may have after the holidays). The carpet looks better than it has in years and I will definitely have them back in the spring to do some additional work. Great company from top to bottom, I can't recommend them highly enough!

Everything was done as promised (including the cost),. It was completed in a professional, friendly manner leaving the home clean and neat. We were called twice. Once a couple of days before from the office to confirm the appointment and once in the morning of the service to advise the time of arrival. I would definitely use this service again and will recommend it to our friends.

I sent an email to them on Sunday 11/3/2013 asking for an estimate. They contacted me on Monday 11/4 and we set up an appointment for them to give me an estimate on 11/7. We then scheduled the work to be done on 11/13. I found this company on Angie?s list and was very impressed with the positive reviews. After I scheduled the appointment I was thinking to myself that if they were half as good as the reviews, I?d be very happy. As it turns out, I am extremely happy with the work they did and the professional and courteous manner in which they did the work. I had two rooms that needed the carpet stretched and 6 rooms that needed the carpet cleaned. I was surprised how much work was needed to stretch the carpets. They really took the time to do it right. They also took great care moving the furniture. My rugs are very old and were very dirty due to some remodeling I had done. They did an incredible job cleaning the carpets. Nothing was missed and they took no shortcuts. I had my carpet cleaned many years ago by one of the companies you see advertised on television. The difference between how they cleaned the carpets and the way Nu-Way cleaned them was like night and day. Nu-Way first vacuumed all the rugs with a profession hepa-filter vacuum which picked up a lot of dirt (even though I had vacuumed the rugs before they came). Then they did some spot cleaning to get a head start on the more difficult areas. Then they sprayed the carpet with a cleaning solution (which smelled very nice) and began cleaning it with a machine with a large circular pad similar to a floor polisher. After all that they went over the carpets again with a machine similar to what most carpet cleaning companies start and finish with. All the rugs cleaned up very nicely. As they finished cleaning each room, they deployed powerful fans to help dry the carpets. I also had the rugs treated with a an allergy sanitizer and a Teflon protection. I am very happy with the entire experience and have no reservations recommending this company .

It went very very well. They did a great job. Even thou it's a old carpet they made it look absolutely wonderful! Almost like new. He also cleaned my headboard which he didn't guarantee that he would be able to remove the oil stain. But it looks a whole lot better. Will definitely use there services again!

It is almost impossible to see the patch that was put in. In fact, if I didn't know it was there it would be very hard to find. Jason and his assistant were punctual and professional. I think their services are high but then again, so is the quality of the work they do. I have used them before and I will use them again.

Nu-Way came in stretched carpeting in3 rooms and a hallway, they had to move some very heavy furniture to get the job done, they put everything back properly and even helped move some furniture to a new location and did not charge me extra. I would reccommend them to family and friends and they give a "Lifetime Guarantee" on their work.

They were great, showed up on time and did not get water all over the steps, like the others do. Did a very detailed clean and we had the stairs protected, since we have animals. The carpet looks like new. Thank you.
