Nu-Way Systems Carpet Dyeing & Cleaning

They were very honest in stating the stain may not come out. I had them clean the mattress and the stain was only slightly visible. They provided me with a small bottle of "after cleaning solution" to apply each day if the stain remained. I did so and the stain is now completely gone! I have alway been very impressed with their professionalism and honesty and willingness to go "one step further" in doing their cleaning.

I was so hoping for better news but I greatly appreciate the honesty of the gentlemen that came out. They were prompt and professional. But, unfortunately, my carpet is beyond help. So I will replace the carpet and keep them on file to use in the future.

Excellent! From the initial contact with Rick, to the estimate and to the final services performed by Jason and Matt, everything was prompt, efficient, and courteous. The communication in setting up appointments was great. It's sad to say, but with a surge of criminal activity in our vicinity (e.g., home invasions by people posing as utility workers), I really appreciated the extra steps taken to make me feel more secure. Rick emailed me in advance with information about the people who would be coming to my home, including pictures and bios. They arrived in a well-marked van, in uniforms, and upon arrival Jason and Matt immediately handed me material to identify the company. They called in advance and arrived when they said they would. Very professional and very impressive. They took great care in moving furniture where necessary, and in protecting the legs of furniture. Our carpets look excellent, and the texture is so soft -- like brand new again. The carpet dyeing was amazing. Our dining room carpet had a weird unidentified greenish stain from the prior owners. Jason was able to match the original color exactly. I can't see any trace of the stain at all. The price was maybe slightly higher than I've seen in past experiences, but the results are so much better. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for." And it was definitely cheaper than buying new carpet!

It went very well and I liked them but the cost to treat just the stain I thought was really high. I would hire them again.

It went well. The guys were very professional and communicated well about what they were doing before they started. It was a good cleaning overall, however a few smaller stains did come back later. I used the cleaner they left for me to treat those spots again.

This is a very professional group and they did a great job. Everyone is very professional and friendly, from the point of scheduling for our free estimate to scheduling and completing the work. There is no pressure...just professional advice on what they can do and your various options. They even gave us tips on how to clean our grout ourselves and what product to buy, but we opted to have them do it. They even spot cleaned carpets in a couple other rooms while they were here. The carpets and grout look GREAT! I would definitely recommend them.

They?re really nice. I have a dog and he wipes his mouth on the couch. They are very good, that is why I keep bring them back. I think they accommodate your particular needs, so that if you have a dog for example. They?ll ask you, ?do you want to have your rugs sanitized?, or they?ll do spot cleaning when they see you have a dog. If they think something soiled, because of the dog. First time I ever used them was right after Christmas one year. We had wine for dinner and the table cloth was cover with it. My daughter-in-law poured a mixture of oxi-clean on the table cloth to get the wine stain out. It removed the wine stain, but it happened to dripped down on the rug, which was a dark green rug. I was like, ?oh my god!? So, I found them and they did dying and everything. I sent the rug out and they dyed it and brought it bag. Honestly, I was amazed that they could fix it as well as they could. That was a number of years ago, probably 7 or 8 years ago.

Excellent. Work crew (some of whom have been here before) were very professional and did a great job. They were flexible about adding some additional cleaning of spots that were needed.

Honestly the best carpet cleaning company I have ever had. They were extremely professional and informative. The repair they did looks great and the cleaning was by far the best I've ever had. For the service the price was definitely fair.

I received an email from Rick at NuWay because I am a past customer. I responded to the email and within 5 minutes Rick had looked at my previous services and provided me with a quote for the work that I wanted to have done and I made the appointment. Matt called on the day that the work was to be done and advised that they would be at my house within 30 minutes (and they were!). Jason reviewed my past service records and confirmed the work to be done and the cost. Matt and Jason then got to work. The quality of work is exceptional. I once had another company clean out carpets. That contractor did such a bad job (not clean, carpets left exceptionally wet, etc) that I was on the phone with Rick and had an appointment to have Jason and Matt redo the work. I will never have anyone else clean our carpets again. Highly professional, prompt, courteous, and qualified. I recommend NuWay to all of my friends!

Carpet was approximately 18 years old - and never professionally cleaned. Since this was the first professional clean, we wanted the entire carpet cleaned and not just the open areas. The team was very prompt & professional. I received an email a couple days before the scheduled cleaning which included a list of things to do to be ready for the cleaning. An hour before they were to arrive I received a call to let us know that they were running on schedule and should be arriving within the hour. When they arrived Jason re-explained what they would be doing and what to expect. The team did an amazing job moving the furniture, placing it on styrofoam spacers and replacing it to it's original position. Our daughters room had a stain in a prominent spot, and there were also a number of bleach stains in the hall way. Jason did a remarkable job minimizing the stain and removing the bleach spots! Because it was a humid day, the carpet didn't dry as quickly as we had hoped, we also noticed buckleing of the carpet in each room and in the hall the next morning. I quickly called the office to complain, and the manager assured me that the buckling is not unusual when the carpet is still wet, especially for older carpet which may have become loose. He suggested that we turn on fans to speed up the drying process. While he was confident this should take care of the problem - he also advised me to call back in the morning if there was still an issue. We turned on the ceiling fans in each room, and also brought up the dehumidifier and a box fan from the basement. Within a couple of hours the buckles were reduced. By the end of the day the carpet was completely dry and looked perfect, telling me that this company knows what it is doing! I wholly recommend Nu-Way Systems Carpet Dyeing & Cleaning and particularly the team of Jason & Matt. They were very professional, thorough and considerate. You can bet we will be calling them again next time we need the carpets cleaned!

The guys were great! They arrived right on time and worked every minute they were here--close to 5 hours. They offered expert opinions to get all my work done at a fair price. All work was estimated in great detail before they started, so there were no surprises when it was time to pay my bill. I felt like they put the same effort into my home that they would have in their own.

The tech was very professional. After looking at our carpet, he suggested if they fix it, it would better than what it looked like. But since the carpet was short he mentioned it wouldn't be like new one. Provided with cost estimation for the fix. Finally we decided to go with replacement of the carpet through home depot.

Rick had great communication and follow up. He walked through the options with me to repair a carpet stain and scheduled his team to come in the same day. He suggested we use a carpet remnant to resort the stain instead of dyeing the carpet because of the nature of the stain being caused by bleach. The timing and follow up was outstanding. The carpet looks great, you can't even tell there was an issue. I would use them again for any type of carpet work.

Very professional both by phone with the owner and with the two associates that did the cleaning at our home. Gave estimate, explained what would be done for the various ala carte prices. Workers were very neat, clean, and pleasant. Good job and done in the expected amount of time.

Rick and his colleagues Jason and Matt were extremely professional. They were on time, prepared, patched my basement berber carpet and cleaned out the carpet - looks like new. They also removed most of a big stain and left a bottle of cleaner to clean up the wicking. I would highly recommend Rick, Jason and Nu Way - very polite, clean and did an excellent and thorough job. They also care very much about the quality of what they do as evidenced by Rick's follow up on how things went. Wish all companies were like that.

Highly professional and responsive. I purchased a "Big Deal" for $39 for them to come and make an assessment of my needs. It was applied to the final cost of the work. The customer service and quality of the work is excellent. My 17 year-old carpet (a light tan nylon) looks brand new! Granted, no pets, no kids, and only adults live here, but it does LOOK NEW!!! The wrinkle is completely gone, and the stained area was repaired so that I can't even see where it was. (They replaced it to a corner of a closet since I did not have a remnant for them to use.) I couldn't be more satisfied. I recommend them without reservation, and I will call them again to do my upstairs bedrooms and family room downstairs.

NuWay was able to patch those holes, perfectly. You can't even tell where the holes were - and it's a VERY visible spot! We called Monday, they were here Wednesday (early, but not too early!) and quick, efficient and professional.
