Nu-Way Systems Carpet Dyeing & Cleaning

I got a quote from the owner on the phone in the morning and by the early afternoon a technician arrived to help me complete the clean-up. We needed additional pad pulled and a big fan set up to dry everything. They also sanitized the concrete. Then, they came back a few days later to clean the carpet, install the new pad, and even repaired a small spot where the backing had shredded when we pulled up the carpet. No muss, no fuss and great service.

We are very pleased with the work performed and the finished result. They were prompt, professional, neat, and completed the job in the time estimated. We would use their services again.

I was called the day after I made my on-line request and visited the day after that to get a quote for our job. An appointment was made for the following week do accomodate my schedule, otherwise they could have done the work within 24-48 hours. We were called the day before our appointment then again within an hour of their arrival. The carpet was repaired/replaced and it looked great.

Jason actually was retained for the job by Mike of Clean and Restore Systems. Mike said he didn't clean carpets anymore but would sub-contract it out. Interestingly, carpet cleaners don't clean up to the edge unless you ask and pay extra for it. My edges were disgustingly dingy. When Jason showed to so the job, that's when he explained about the edges being extra. That also explains why my edges were so dirty, I guess. Jason did a fantastic job. The edges were hand scrubbed and the whole carpet looks 100% better than it did. All the spot and stains came out and the pile is fluffy again.

They were very good. The quality of the cleaning was wonderful; I didn?t expect it to come out as great as it did. Considering the number of rooms and the area that they covered, I think the price was very fair.

The experience with them went excellent! They were very professional and did a great job. They didn't make a mess. They were helpful and easy to deal with on the phone.

I have used this company many times, and have come to expect quality results. Each time they come, they exceed my expectations. They are reliable, prompt, professional, polite, thorough, and honest. This is a SUPERB service, well worth every penny. No one else I have used comes close. I highly recommend them.

Rick called 1 hour before to let me know what time he would be here. When Rick & Chip arrived we went over the rooms to be cleaned ,showed them the spots that need to be pretreated. Chip started to move things in and getting ready to pre treat spots while Rick remeasured the rooms to get me the right price. after measuring, the price was cheaper than quoted. They removed many rust spots on baasement carpet. Everthing came out great. Would recommend.

We needed to have two rooms of carpet cleaned, one which hadn't been cleaned in at least five years. We had no problem scheduling an appointment and the company representatives were courteous and professional on the phone and in person. Best of all, our carpets turned out even better than we thought they would!

I found this company on Angie s List and they did a great job. I do feel like the price was a little on the high side.

Everything went very well from initial contact with the company, their verifying the time and date of the work to be done and the professionalism and quality of work done. Their work was a little bit more than the original estimate because I added a few things like stain proofing and hypoallergenic solutions.

They were fantastic. I found them on Angie s list. They cleaned all the carpets in my home and did a superb job. They were one time and professional. The job was done quickly, and I don t think I could have asked for a better job. I have all white carpets and essentially they made the carpet look new. The estimate that they gave me was right on the money. I thought the price was a little high, but I do not mind paying for the good job they did. I was very pleased.

Nu-Way Carpet came out right on time and called 1 hour before arriving like requested. Upon arrival both gentleman placed shoe covers on even though it was dry out. They fixed the spot so well I would have thought they replaced the carpet. Nu-Way will be back this spring to professionally clean our carpets which after they explained the process and cost there is no question we will be calling them.

From the first call to the completion of the job dealing with them was an excellent experience. The quote was just as competitive as others, but the service was above and beyond. Some of the rooms were "heavy traffic" areas due to the dogs and others had some stains. Since I have had dogs all of my life I am quite familiar with carpet cleaners, but none such as Nu-Way. The techs arrived in uniform, measured and confirmed quote, provided options at an affordable cost and cleaned the carpets in a way I have never seen. They came out as new and some spots that I thought were never going to come out did. Their multi process approach is tops in my book and I will continue to use them! Good job guy's... you will get referrals from me.

Jason and Justin do an amazing job. They can clean the carpet so well that it looks brand new. Shortly after they were here I had major damage from a storm. They came back to help advise me on cleaning and removing carpet.

They do great work. I found them on their hands and knees combing the carpet and using small scissors to trim out fibers that were sticking above the surface of the carpet. They tested a sample from every carpet fiber to be sure which cleaning products to use.

They were very nice and courteous. They explained the whole process that they were going to do. They were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. He was very prompt.

The people from Nu-Way arrived on schedule. They did seven rooms, a hallway, and a stairway in a couple of hours. When they were done, the carpets actually looked new. All stains were completely removed. We were very impressed by the results.

The repairs and spot removal were wonderful. They arrived on time and explained what they would be doing. They patched areas that were too large to reweave. The overall look is that of a new carpet. I was very pleased with the work. The initial quote was somewhat less, however, I may have had more repairs than I initially thought. In any event I had to get my house ready for sale and they made the carpet look like new without spending thousands of dollars on new carpet.

They were here on time, very professional and nice. They did a great job.

After my tenants left, I really though I was going to have to replace the carpet. The technicians were incredible. For $600, they made a very dirty carpet look like new. I still can't believe it.

I had decided to have my carpets dyed, I saw the company van and I called. They were well informed and told me that I may not need carpet dying that I might just need to have the carpet clean. They also explained that not all carpets could be dyed. They confirmed the appointment the night before, the crew called when they were on their way. They were on time. They gave me an additional estimate based on the bad stains and confirmed that my carpets could not be dyed. The crew remove agreed upon furniture and magically transform badly stained carpets into new carpets.

We went with Nu-Way realizing their price was higher than average but given that we were moving into a home that wasn't well maintained we wanted a thorough cleaning. Nu-way did a great job getting the dirt out but after paying extra for surface pet stain removal we still had urine stains in the carpet. We were told that we would have to pay an extra $25 per room for a pet inspection (black light scan) and $300 for a 3 step process to remove the stains. We declined the pet inspection. The problem I have is that a two man crew spent a total of 2.5 hours cleaning (5 total man hours) and collected $800 for their service and they wanted more money to get out the urine stains. I think Nu-Way does good work (and they are punctual, responsive and professional) but I don't think the effort they made was worth the money.
