Description of Work: Nu Way Systems did a fabulous job on our Restaurant and Bar. Everything is clean and bright.. also worked to remove a few stubborn stains. Hire this group..professional, on time, great to work with..I would not hesitate to hire them..in fact I have scheduled more services with them in the next month!

Description of Work: Great company. Would recommend and use again. Very responsive and professional. Left message a v-mail and received a returned call the same day. Scheduled Nu-Way to come out to clean a pet issue. Got rid of the stain and smell. Normally, a carpet cleaning company leaves carpet hard and matted down - soaking it to death. Nu-Way left my carpet just as fluffy as it was prior to them cleaning and looks great. Will definitely call them again. In regards to cost, I only wanted the problem area resolved as my carpet was new. $150 was their minimum charge - well worth the price.

Description of Work: Repair carpet on top and bottom steps - cats had clawed it severely. Then cleaned carpet in hallway, guest room and stairway. Can't even tell there was any cat damage to steps and carpet looked outstanding after cleaning.

Description of Work: They arrived a little early and then told us of some additional services they perform, but didn't push. We added a few thing's onto our cleaning. Jason and Cody were very personable and answered any question's we had. They cleaned carpeting upstairs and in the basement and did a very nice job. The house smelled so fresh afterwards. Description of Work: Jason and Cody did a great job! They were flexible with their schedule, prompt, courteous, wore shoe covers (I always appreciate) and were very accommodating and professional. Our refrigerator in the family room had leaked onto the carpeting and soaked the carpet and padding. They made two trips out to repair the damage and we were very satisfied. Thank you for the great work!

Description of Work: Rick and his helper arrived right on time. Very courteous and pleasant. They took time to explain the process. There was a medium-sized oriental rug which they satisfactorily cleaned. The 2nd. project was to clean a portion of a newer carpet on which a humidifier had spilled water and there were old water marks left on it. Unfortunately, they could not remove those old water marks. Rick had the courtesy to refund me what he had charged for that section of his job. Yes, I would use them for regular cleaning only.

THERE WAS A SPOT THAT WASN'T NOTICEABLE UNTIL LATER AND THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND CLEANED IT. THEIR PRICE IS FAIR. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM. IN THE PAST, THEY HAVE DONE REPAIR WORK ON MY CARPET. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN.
