Mike walked me through the steps on why my AC unit needed to be replaced, pricing was fair and work was done in 1 day. I highly recommend Mike at MDM, my unit was only 10 years old but because it was not maintained it could not be repaired. I am glad I signed up for their Quality Care membership.

It is my opinion that a service company must have two qualities. They must be competent and they must be honest. Without both attributes a customer is in deep trouble. MDM Heating and Cooling is excellent in both categories. I taught heating and air conditioning at Harper College and I know how to evaluate HVAC companies
