replacement windows, woodworking, doors
+ 1 moreEverything went very well. He is detail minded and there are no insulation problems with the windows or doors. He also cleans up everything and is a polite person. We are using him again to put in two big picture windows and a bath window in the near future.
Description of Work: Mike has done various jobs for us over the years. He and his workers installed a new roof, new vents and new chimneys in 2002 or 2003. He has put in a new patio door and new kitchen window plus a new front door. In 2010, we had a new door to the garage put in along with a new garage window and new outside door from the garage. He is very thorough and does an excellent job with the insulation, etc. He also put on the new locks that I got at Lowes on all the doors. He makes sure the doors have a good base so they fit well.

+ 3 moreNo matter what we?ve had him do he does a good job. He always explains what he is going to do and his measurements are always precise. He allows you to pre-buy any materials and he will come and install the items. He is very good on windows and doors and the ones he has installed for us have never had a draft. The reason is because he takes great care in putting insulation around the window to secure it. He does quality work. He quotes you everything in advance with an estimate for you to decide. He?s a general carpenter who is very versatile depending on what you need him to do. His work is always quality and in all of the projects he has ever done for me I?ve never had to call him back to address an issue. He has a solid, reliable crew of workers who also do good work as well.
Description of Work: He’s installed a new front door, skylights, patio door, window in the garage and two side doors. One door leading to the garage and one going out the side of the garge including storm doors. Installed pull down stairs in the garage going to the attic. He doesn’t do tile work but he does remodel kitchens and installations. He also put some beams up in the family room. Installed two chimneys with vents included. He also installed the weatherstripping after performing a complete reroof. He did an excellent job on our roof.
