He is friendly, works great and prompt. His only mistakes is he OVERCHARGED I made 2 researched from angi lists and home guide.com. Materials and labors if chargers are between $25.00 to $65.00 that may cost me 28 hours let us say maximum $65.00 that cost me $1,820.00 while homeguide charged maybe $1,350.00. BUT I PAID $4,000.00. I am poor as a rat.

Eduardo and his brother are hard-working, fair, honest, and get the job done. They worked 7 full days on my 950 sq foot basement drywalling, mudding, and painting, including painting my exposed ceiling a nice matte black. They did high quality work for a fair price. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends. If you need drywalling and painting, look no further. I am very glad I hired these guys!

Eduardo and his team were excellent - I’d hire him for any project and went well above and beyond our expectations. He came to quote very quickly, very reasonably priced, and had the entire project done in about half the time I expected. They work extremely hard and are very thorough and professional. Eddie came the day after I called and gave me a quote. He said they could start on the following Monday, which was great! I liked him and did not get any other bids but accepted his bid. He and his brother arrived earlier than promised and got right to work. They were very efficient and did a wonderful job, finishing earlier than expected. I would definitely use them again!

We are so glad we hired Eddie and his Team for our basement drywall installation! They completed the drywall for our bathroom and around our mechanical area. We reached out for a quote and Eddie came out that same week, and was able to start our project within a few days. They were very professional and did an amazing job cutting the drywall to the basement ceiling (we will be doing a blackout ceiling). We will absolutely be calling them when we are ready to proceed with the next portion of our basement!

Advance El Construction did a great job for us! Eduardo came to evaluate quickly and gave an accurate estimate. Eduardo was easy to reach and answered all our questions. He and his team came to do the work promptly when they promised, all work was done to a high standard and very efficiently. The areas were covered and protected from dust and they cleaned up after themselves. Work was done in several rooms and included some complex repairs and all was done to our satisfaction. We were impressed with Eduardo and his team - they were fast and did a great job and transformed the areas they worked on. When we need more work done, we will call Eduardo. He made the whole experience a pleasant one.
