+ -1 moreLouie did a full home inspection. Louie was very detailed with our home inspection and explained on everything he was doing so we were aware of the process. He allowed us to follow him and ask questions throughout the way. He made us feel at ease! He also gave us great tips to use in our new home. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great experience in home inspection.

+ -1 moreLR home inspection was referred to us by a friend. Louis was very knowledgeable and a great resource for my husband and I who happen to be first time home owners. He was thorough and honest. He offered suggestions and tips to maintain the property. He was prompt to send us a inspection report and summary to my husband, realtor and attorney. The reports were easy to read and also we're backed up with pictures. 2 days later I received a package with a. Binder with organized tabs and pictures of the property so keep for my records. LR HOME INSPECTION is highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine, thorough, honest, educated job well done.

Description of Work: We were referred to LR home inspections by our friend/realtor and we could not be happier.Louie (louis) Rogrigues is the owner and he was great. Louie and a second inspector came out (David-he was just as great) to the home we are looking to purchase and the experience as a 1st time buyer was very informative yet non stress ful. they knew what they were donig., they explained what they found as they went thru and gave us more than just a overall report. they not only explianed as they were doing the inspection but at the end of the day they recapped the inspection and by 7pm that same night they brought us a binder w/all the pictures/full details for each item in the home, my realtor and attorney had the report sent by email that same day too. overall this company was professional, focused, arrived ahead of schedule (on a sunday none the less), informative and just great people that know what they are doing. we would recommend them to any one who needs a home inspected-especially a first time buyer like ourselves.
