It went ok. the quality of the work was a bit below average. he worked for about 3 hours. considereing the skill the price was high. but because of the urgencry i went with him. the tiles weren't layed evenly.

Jeff was very prompt and pleasant in giving me a proposal. He informed me that he had reworked 100 of this type of window in a restoration project. When he came to do the work I watched him do the first few windows. He knew the job and had all the right tools. One window was broken and he had to come back a few days later to finish the job. During that time I had begun prepping to paint and noticed that on about half of the windows the glass was not centered in the frame and the spacer in between the panes showed in some cases ½? above the molding. When he returned I expressed my dissatisfaction and he said he would replace all the windows frames. Wow, that was impressive. After thinking more about it I declined his offer because I was concerned that the new work would be no better than the original work.

It took longer then we thought it would because he broke his ankle during the time we were using him. His prices were half the cost of the other quotes we received. He often didn't return our calls or would not show up when scheduled. I would use his services again.
