Customer Service is excellent! They gave me a $50 discount from the quote and before the work. But they ended up drilling a wrong hole in the ceiling and I ended up fixing it. Oh well, I just let it go. Should I recommend them, I don't know.

The technician came to the hone, explained to him the issue with the gas stove, he took care of that and then checked all the gas appliances. Prompt and great customer service would definitely use again in the future.

Oscar & team from Innovation did great work. They were very professional, did an amazing job with lighting fixture installations and installing a new GFCI outlet on the exterior of our home. They were friendly, did quick work and gave us details on the exact work they’d be doing. We will definitely use them again for other projects. Highly recommend!

Oscar immediately fit us in to repair a dishwasher. What was initially thought to have needed a part turned into a homemade repair requiring a considerable amount of time. He was very friendly and pleasant during the repair and the charge was very reasonable. I would recommend him again in a heartbeat.

They were able to schedule me in right away to remove an outdoor lighting system that didn't work. Laura was very helpful and friendly on the phone. We removed changing an outdoor outlet from the scope on site so the rest of the work was still performed at a good price since we wouldn't have been able to do it ourselves safely. Results looked great.
