Things went very well. I was very pleased with their service. It was done very well and for a very fair price.
Description of Work: They cut back and trimmed three trees. One of those trees they removed.

I've only had them a couple of weeks but so far, I like them. The owner was the one who came out and gives you the estimate and talks about the service. He is extremely nice to work with. I like him. They have been very responsive.

He is very punctual and helpful. We used to have another company take care of our lawn and it looked very bad. Ignacio was able to offer advise on what we could do to improve it.

Even though it was mutually agreed upon that the distance for Mr. Gutierrez to travel to my home was too long, he showed great integrity in coming to my home to discuss everything and even offered to still come to work on our lawn if we were unable to get anyone else that was closer. I was very impressed by his professionalism and integrity. He could have just told me over the phone, but he made the special trip. If it was possible, I definitely would have hired him.
Description of Work: Work was not done due to a mutual decision.

IGNACIO IS A PERFECTIONIST (THAT'S A LOT COMING FROM PICKY OL' ME!) AND A HARD WORKER. HE KNOWS TREE and PLANT VARIETIES BY SMELL (LITERALLY) AND HAS CONSERVATIVE SUGGESTIONS TO FRESHEN UP A LANDSCAPE. THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. HE WAS ALWAYS ON TIME, FINISHED EARLY, AND DID SOME EXTRA, HELPFUL WORK TO PRESERVE THE MULCHED AREAS. HE IS ENGAGING AND FRIENDLY. I CAN'T WAIT TO HAVE HIM DO MY WINTER PRUNING!
