Franco came out, looked over the chimney project, even went in the attic to inspect. Gave a fair estimate and came the next Saturday. Finished tuck pointing and placing a liner in the chimney in a single day. It has been three weeks with torrential rains and where the chimney had been leaking is now bone dry. Very satisfied.

Franco was reliable, on-time, efficient, and communicative. He told us what he was going to do and let us know when he was finished and condition of our fireplace. We were pleased with his service and professionalism.

The initial price he gave me for this very small job was outrageous. I kept telling I could not pay those prices. We finally got down to a reasonable price. However, the color of the grout that he put in does not match the other grout. I'm going to try painting it with grout paint. I'll try mixing a couple of colors together to get a closer match.
