Franco gave us a reasonable estimate. He scheduled our project quickly and completed the job on time. I highly recommend him.

Franco was very quick to respond. He was able to get our job scheduled within the same week. He performed some mortar repointing, repair of cracked brick, a new concrete cap, natural gas log install, chimney sweep, and damper lubrication. Very trustworthy, went above and beyond to help oversee a delivery that arrived while i was out of the house.

They did the job as requested. But since I am not a professional in this area I made some possible poor decisions without understanding LONG term POSSIBLE consequences. NOT a problem for me currently. But I will have to advise next homeowner IF I sell my home.

Franco is awesome, I got called back right away and because of the urgency he was accommodating of my schedule. He also brought materials to show me. Laid it out so I can see what pattern I am looking at. He replaced for me the fireplace hearth and fixed some mortar cracks, when he was done I noticed I had missed a few holes to tell him about and so he was nice enough to fill them in. I also asked if it can be turned on and he did that too. I would definitely recommend his service.

Franco is very thorough and knowledgeable. He took photos of the inside of the chimney and showed me exactly what the condition of the mortar and flue liner were. The flue liner was in good shape but the mortar below was cracking and chunks were coming off. He was able to repair this damage with new mortar. I also had him clean out the aluminum roof vent for my garage furnace which had a birds nest inside. He added chicken wire around the vent cap to prevent future bird nesting. Franco and his assistant Kevin were meticulous in their clean up afterward. Francoâ s pricing is fair and competitive. I will use Franco again in the future.

Original work was to clean fireplace and install chimney and vent caps. Also removed birds from our chimney. Franco pointed out other issues which we were unaware of. He corrected those too. Franco and his crew were very compliant with COVID-19 mask requirements. We are using him again to do some interior fireplace work as well.
