Customer service was exceptional and the crew did a very nice job! They were very clean with the sealcoat material and were very neat in thier application. I have retaining walls surrounding my driveway and they did not splatter the material onto the wall. Overall great job and will be hiring again!

I got a next day quote and my work date was actually moved up and done sooner than expected. Both Jason and his crew (Pepe and staff) were professional and did very clean, conscientious work. Even our neighbors were very impressed with their work and have hired them for work. I would definitely recommend to friends and family! I love my new driveway!

Anthony was fair and agreed to correct the issue we encountered with the original work performed. The work was performed and looks great so far.

The initial salesman visit, quote and responsiveness was incredible until we signed the agreement for the work. After that things changed drastically. Communication was very poor. There were a string of days with rain in the forecast which delayed the work. On a Friday afternoon, I spoke with the office and was assured there would no way they would do any work on Saturday because of the forecast for rain. On Saturday morning, with rain clouds in the sky, we were woken up by the sound of heavy trucks. The pouring process was started before we could stop them. There was water pooled at the base of the driveway, but they poured cement regardless. By the time they were nearly finished, there was no california finish as the salesman showed pictures and told us to expect. It was too late to change it. Everlast agreed to refund some money for this error, but it just does not look as good as it could. About an hour or so after completion it rained. The surface finish was ruined. Cracks started to show up at the end of the driveway soon afterwards. It took many emails and calls before Anthony Brown finally agreed to come out to take a look at things only because we had not made final payment to him. He tried to say all was okay and the cracks were normal. He agreed to make a crack repair, which they did. That cracked after a few more weeks. It was agreed that if the repair did not work that he would replace the damaged sections in spring. Now after 3 emails over 5 days, I still have not received a call or returned email. This is a case of the worst customer service in the world. We just want a complete product that is not full of cracks.
