Quick response to initial phone call. Turn around time, from call to estimate to job completion was very fast. The staff were friendly and informative. I will definitely be using them in the future.

They were fantastic from start to finish. They called us immediately to discuss what are needs were and to arrange a time to come out and give us an estimate. They discussed different options to fit are expenses and were here as promised. They had all the necessary supplies to not only start the job but also finish it right there and then.

We hired ER Services to repair some water damage from a basement window. The team discovered the issue was not the window and presented us options for repair. The cost was higher than expected, but the work was completed quickly, correctly, and cleanly. Would recommend
