I knew I had chosen the right company when I saw the ladies cleaning my showers and spa tub with a tooth brush to make sure they cleaned the jets and nooks and crannies properly. Very pleased, highly recommend!

I contacted Eco Cleaning and received an email quote within a few hours. Dagmara has been very helpful in coming up with a service that would meet my needs. Our home is on the market so I needed weekly cleaning to keep it ready for showings. The ladies do a very thorough job and work with me to rotate cleaning areas since the home is large and I want to keep my cost at a minimum. I am very pleased with the work and service.

They were good. They were professional and did the job well.

This cleaning company has been wonderful for our family. The owner has gone out of her way to make sure that we are happy with our service. ( even going to far as to reschedule a cleaning while on her way to the hospital to deliver a baby! ) The crew that comes to clean are prompt, polite, and through.

They were very cooperative about scheduling. Since I was in the nursing home at the time, they worked with a friend of mine to let them into the house twice to complete the cleaning that was required. They did an excellent job.

Great communication with this company. My house was filthy because we just had remodeling done in our home. The 2 women who came were wonderful. Very respectful of my home and gave a beautiful deep cleaning. They did their work for a fantastic price. The manager even went through all the rooms to inspect the work done! Maids arrived a little bit late, but wasted no time getting right to work. I gave a quick tour of the home and explained what I wanted done. Communication is a bit of a problem due to language barrier. I asked for an approximate time as to how long the cleaning would take, and was given a time estimate of 3 1/2 hours. I came back in 3 1/2 hours and they had finished the upstairs (4 bedrooms 2 baths) and were just starting the downstairs. A supervisor showed up to check on the work and to also help out. They said they needed 1 more hour. One of the ladies was on her hands and knees cleaning the baseboards! I came back in an hour and they were almost 100% done. I must say we were very pleased with the result, such that we will be requesting them to come regularly as opposed to this 1 time cleaning (we wanted the house extra clean for holiday guests who are coming). Our master bath shower stall was scrubbed spotless, they cleaned out the inside of the dishwasher (!), the worst thing I can say is that the windows had some streaks on them (hardly a complaint). We have had maid service before, and to me a good judge of a maid service is: do they put back the knick-knack items and other things where and how they were or just "get it close?" The more accurate the placement of items to me shows an attention to detail, not just in returning items, but in all areas, and they got it right. The price was a little higher than I expected, but given the effort and result, no complaints! They are all business when they are at the house, not a minute wasted, so you get your money's worth. Would highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

On time did their job and thorough. The supervisor came and helped finished and got a call from office to follow up.

She estimated 10-12 hours of cleaning and her hourly rate was very reasonable. We had some trouble with scheduling, as her crews rotate around the suburbs. But I couldn?t be terribly flexible with the dates because of all the other things that had to happen after she was done. I knew the house was pretty dirty (home to 3 large dogs for 30 years) and wanted them there as early as possible. She said they?d arrive ?late afternoon?, but also warned me it might need more than one cleaning to get really clean. I told her I was worried 2-3 pm would be too late to do a thorough job. She assured me they?d arrive in plenty of time. They showed at 4:10 because of traffic. Once there, they cleaned like mad ? they had to. It was filthy. They emptied 4 CANISTERS from the vacuum of just dog hair. Yuk. I had brought over some lamps, but wasn?t quite prepared for how dark the house is ? even with lights on. Two women worked ?til 8:30, and Dagmara herself came over for the last hour. We went through the house at the end and I pointed out some areas where things weren?t done or done enough. She took no offense and was johnny-on-the-spot to get them re-done to my satisfaction, then and there. Was it cleaned entirely to my satisfaction? No. I?m cleaning most things over again. But to their credit, they got it 85-95% clean. The problem for me is, I need to cram every last space full of my stuff. So when I see the corners of a closet shelf have gunk, or open a drawer and a hair ball falls out, I freak and re-clean everything. And in all honesty, there are some things that require LOTS of time to get clean. EX. There was a spot on the laundry room floor that had gunk still on it even after the cleaning. I found out it was dried-on liquid laundry soap. I took care of it and after 20 minutes I got that square foot of floor clean. Did I expect her crew to do that? Not when they had so much other stuff to get done, in so short a time. Once I'm all moved in, I'll be cleaning the floors on my hands and knees. It will probably take me 6-8 hours over the course of 3-4 days. I mention this only to illustrate how high my standards are. I'd never expect her crew to do this. Not for the hourly rate she charged me. Part of it was miscommunication ? I asked them to remove the filthy 25 year old shelf liners. But I?m pretty sure they didn?t understand. And Dagmara had already left. So they cleaned over them and after I removed them, more yuk was discovered. Part of it was they needed like a day to make this place clean. Part of it was there wasn?t enough light, and part of it was their vacuum was wimpy. Part of it is the general 'dirty' feeling this house still has for me. It still smells of dogs and dog pee even after the ducts were cleaned and the carpets steamed. It still IS dirty, but I can't hold Dagmara and her crew responsible for that. I suspect that even after I renovate I'll be coming across stray wads of dog hair for years... Bottom line: There are some miracles even a crew of diligent Polish ladies can?t work in 4.5 hours. In the dark. With one wimpy vacuum. But would I hire them again? Yes. They certainly left it WAAAY cleaner than they found it. And there were lots of disgusting things they took care of that I am so glad I didn't have to (like the rotten garbage behind the bag in the compactor Dagmara herself removed - eeeewww!). I?m hoping they can come and clean the house I just left. I think they?ll do a better job there because A) it?s no where near as dirty, B) there?s plenty of light, C) I?ll go thru the place with Dagmara room-by-room with specific instructions so I know we?re all on the same page, D) I?ll make sure she can fit it into her schedule and be more flexible about dates and E) I?ll make sure they can spend whatever time needed.

The ladies come out weekly. They do a good job. The owner and her mom come in periodically to make sure that everything is okay. I have witnessed on the job training with the new girls. They can really make a kitchen shine. My house is larger so a team of 2 to 3 come in. Cobwebs to floors are taken care of.....I have lots of knick knacks and they all get dusted.

We have now settled our differences and I have changed the rating from an F to a C.

They did a great job. They arrived a little early which was nice. I was present as they cleaned and they worked really hard. They did inside cabinets, inside refridge, floors, ceilings, windows, base boards, microwave and everything. I used a different Eco friendly cleaning company in the past for my condo and Dagmara's team did better work, in a bigger house, for almost the same price as my condo. I was so happy I signed them up for monthly cleanings.

I contacted Eco. Cleaning g about a month ago. Dagmara came out to evaluate the job and gave me a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Eco Cleaning if you want your house to SPARKLE! I have 2 kids and 3 dogs.after the girls were done I couldn't even tell I had dogs. Dog hair GONE! My kids rooms I have never seen them so clean and dusted! The bathrooms they didn't miss a corner. They even wiped down the toilet paper holder! The kitchen I was most impressed with. I have never seen my stovetop sooooo clean! My hardwood floors shined and shined. I have nothing but good things to say about these girls. I am so impressed, they are coming every week. I have had a few companies come and clean, but I have never experienced anything like this. If you are looking for someone trustworthy , prompt and just simply the BEST, I recommend Eco Cleaning for your household needs!

We had used Eco Cleaners in the past for a few months and were satisfied with their services. This time around it was very different. There was a lack of attention to detail/thoroughness and when feedback was provided, the same issues arose afterwards. There were sticky spots left on the floor, the blinds were left all out of alignment after they raked them while dusting, the bathtub still had spots on it from soap, and they were very rough when vacuuming - hitting the trim. They also did not clean out the vacuum when finished and left us rags to wash that they used. This is to name just a few.

Initially, I was very impressed with the company and the service provided. The owner came out to my home to evaluate the job to be done. She was personable and professional and very understanding of the problems I had had with my previous housecleaners. She promised that every time my crew came to clean, they would be "touching everything" and that everything they touched would be cleaned. I thought the price of $200 each regular cleaning (as opposed to a deep cleaning) was a bit high but I was desperately looking for quality housecleaning and so I hired them. At first and for two or three months of a crew coming every other week to my home, the job done was good however after this, the quality started to slip. The entire time I had the company cleaning my home, I very seldom had the same 2 or 4 ladies come to do the job and so had to keep telling people where the trash bags were, etc. The bathroom fixtures were not done as well as I would have liked, the dusting wasn't done for everything. Then one day, there was a car problem and instead of a crew of 2, suddenly and without warning that day and for the remaining months I had them clean my house, I had a crew of 4. I called the owner who explained the issue with their car and said that the larger crew wouldn't always be the case and that I didn't need to pay more than I did regularly but the 4 never went back down to 2 and they were never the same 4 women entirely. I did speak to the owner once about the problems of what I viewed as mediocre service but as I told her at our initial meeting, I did not feel that I need to tell these "professionals" how to do their job after the initial cleaning where I would explain my expectations. At one point, I had to call the owner about the attitude of one lady, who after I reminded her that the couches needed to be vacuumed, as they always were, insisted that they (the service) never vacuumed the couches and that it was going to be an inconvenience for her to do this. She did do this after I called the owner but only then. Finally, whenever whatever combination of ladies showed up on my scheduled day, they were frequently late. They were always supposed to be at my home at 8:00 a.m. and often enough, that was not the case. I continued to use their service because I needed someone to do something in my house but in the end, I stopped using them because I was beginning a house remodeling project and as there would be no way for them to do their job, I felt that it would be a good time to let them go and so I called and cancelled the service. The bottom line: MDSL ECO Cleaning, Inc., made promises, began well and deteriorated from there to a mediocre (not horrible) housecleaning service.

The initial estimate included a detailed description of what would be done and how it would be done. The cleaning crew showed on time and proceded to do a exceptionally good job cleaning. There were able to work around me and the dogs without much ado. There were no suprises.

The girls worked very hard! Their were two girls here for about 7-8 hours. The last hour 1/2 another girl came to help. The owner and supervisor came to see how good of a job they were doing. They made sure we were happy and satisfied with the results. They were trust worthy and professional.

After having surgery I needed to find someone to clean my home. Dagmara, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. I was able to schedule a cleaning within a few days and was very happy with the result. I requested two special projects that were done to my complete satisfaction. And as a result, I will continue using Eco Cleaning in a regular basis.

They were punctual, worked hard the whole time, and did a great job cleaning the house. The supervisor came at the end, which was great, and then I also got a call from the owner. They were able to come on short notice (only 3 days notice) and that was also greatly appreciated. I plan to continue to have them come in the future because it was such a great experience.

If I leave a couple of extra things to do they take care of it. They are very reliable. everything is always done. I do not have to go back and tell them what they missed. They always try to full fill any scheduling changes I need to make.

They were the most responsive. They were willing to work with us and negotiate. I would use this provider again.

8 months pregnant with three kids and gotten behind on house cleaning - called Dragmara in morning to see if they could clean - they were out four hours later - two ladies worked very hard for several hours - house looks terrific!! Great responsiveness, very friendly - definitely will use again.

I found them on Angie’s List. I use them on a regular basis. I spend about $120 every other week. The person, who owns the company, cares deeply about the services provided. Having worked with different cleaning companies over the years, I have learnt that humans are imperfect and things are not always cleaned just right. With them, however, the owner is incredibly proactive and responsive. They do a good job. I think they do a better job than most people. Their responsiveness is noteworthy. I think their price is fair. They do not come out on the exact time as promised, though. They do show up every time. I will use them again.

Although I work at home the cleaners asked all their questions and gathered materials before they got started and didn't need my input at all. I love that there is no chemical smells that make me cough. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
