Eco Cleaning was phenomenal. I hardly even had to tell the service woman what to do. She saw the room and she knew exactly what needed to be done to restore it to a fresh, welcoming place. She even found dirt in places I would have never looked - a sign of significant experience as well as honest hard work and diligence. She was able to complete the task without disrupting any of my family's household activities. She was gone before I knew it and my house was smiling once again!

I have NEVER written a review before in my life. Just wanted to give a heads up to others. 3 ladies were punctual and professional. They did a fair job, cabinets in kitchen were still dirty. However, door in bedroom closet was off the hinges when they left and broken with screws ripped right out. Also, I had scrapbook photos in piles by month on dresser. Ladies cleaned underneath the photos by taking them off the dresser but then replaced them on the desk in disarray and not in the order or piles I had. I had to go through 500 photos again. Owner was not responsive and took almost a week to get back to my concern after I had to follow up. The week later I went to use the vacuum and the belt was broken too. Again, I contacted the owner who told me he would check and get back to me. I haven't heard back and it's been a week. Coincidence? I think not. Use at your own risk.

3 polite professional ladies descended upon my home and for an hour and a half hustled to make it shine. My house was not just messy, it was FILTHY! I'm not exaggerating. It was disgusting. I was beyond embarrassed. They did a very nice job. I am so happy to see the corners of my home again! Very through. My home has several stairs and 6 weeks ago when I broke my leg, my home fell apart. My husband could not keep up even with the help of my two awesome girls. The level of dirt was overwhelming. I don't know if I could eventually handle it on my own! It was that bad but, these ladies did a great job. My house as opposed to my leg shows no sign of trauma. They definitely get my recommendation!

I found this Treasure of a cleaning service through Angies List after a couple of bad experiences with others not from Angie's. We have a very small bungalow that was in need of a good cleaning and the three lady crew that Dagmara sent out did just that. They each picked a section or specific job and went to town. In just under two hours the whole house was spotlessly clean. I plan to have them out on a bi-weekly basis from now on. I'm sure that we won't need a three person crew now that the house is in shape, but they knew exactly what they needed to do and they did it. I highly recommend Eco-Clean and the crews! Thank you especially to Dagmara, the owner, for taking the time to communicate with me over a weeks time to get this all set up. You're the Best! **I have been trying to get in contact with the owner through Angie's List for approximately one week now without a response of any kind. I suspended our bi-weekly service during the holidays as my father has been in the hospital, he will be home next Wednesday 1/14/15 and I need services restarted before he gets home. I will have to rethink my review if I do not get some satisfaction within the next day or so.. Very displeased.

Every cleaning has been excellent! We have two dogs that shed excessively, yet our floors, baseboards, and furniture was completely hair-free after each cleaning. Although we had a set day for our bi-weekly cleaning (Wednesdays), Dagmara accommodated our last-minute scheduling conflicts due to vacations, business travel, or remodeling projects in our house. After we installed bamboo flooring, her crew was able to rid our house of all of the sawdust that seemed to reach every crack and crevice. We highly recommend her team and would continue using her service if we weren't moving out of state.

Good service, quick and neat

We have hired Eco Cleaning to come every two weeks to clean for us. Three ladies come and do a wonderful job in just over an hour. They are dynamos. The change the sheets, clean the bathrooms, kitchen, floors, dust furniture and blinds. They bring their own eco products and we provide a mop, vacuum and rags. Very pleasant and very professional.

I would not recommend this company. I have had my home cleaned for the past ten years. The ladies who came did not speak english very well(and I am use to non-english speaking employees in my business) and also do not listen to instruction even with the one who did speak English. They missed obvious areas like the glass coffee table and side tables in my living room. Not even dusted! They didn't clean the sink in the kitchen. There were other common areas that usually would be cleaned with any service. One of the ladies was not respectful of my home at all and would not listen to what I wanted cleaned. She then also proceeded to use my paper towels an entire roll!!! I was told the only thing needed to supply were rags which I did about 20 which I then had to wash myself. Even after the owner showed up which was after they started she told her not use them and she still use them??? I am one who readies my home and puts thing away to make the job smoother it looks complete but, the cost is too high for the services provided. I am willing to pay more for a great job but, not when one is not respectful of my wishes, my home and does not listen. I felt uncomfortable with these people in my home and have found a wonderful service who I am using and feel very confident in using for a bit less without providing rags and such. They seem to do a great job for others but, my first impression was horrible. The owner didn't even follow up to see how the job went.

They do good work but there is a language barrier with the ladies that perform the service.

extremely satisfied and I have started to use this company twice a month for cleanings. All of my floors, bathrooms were cleaned, counter top, dusting, bed were made, and my son usually leaves toys out in his toy room and the ladies picked up his mess and neatly put them away and continued cleaning. The sink was washed and the few dishes that were in there were placed in the dish washer ready to go and the rags that were used were cleaned up and in the washer before they left. The trash was taken out as well. The house was as clean as I would do it myself.

They came on time and cleaned my house really well. The price was really reasonable for the amount of work they did. Over all very professional and nice people to work with.

The service was great! Dogmara was very responsive and flexible. She went out of her way to squeeze us in on very short notice because our regular cleaning service fell through and we needed to get it cleaned before renting our apartment to new tenants. The girls showed up on time and the place was sparkling by the end. Going forward I will definitely be using Eco cleaning for all my cleaning service needs. Thank you!

I just love everything about this company. Ladies provide high standards of cleaning. They were first cleaning service that used toothbrush in my bathroom, as Dagmara said, they clean houses from the top to the bottom. I can't be happier now, I received what I have paid for. They don't cut corners, but give me good quality of work.

Once they started on the job, I give them high marks for thoroughness and speed.

The girls are very polite, prompt, do not waste time; but only speak limited English. My house was cleaned thoroughly each and every time, using my own equipment and products. After several months, my regular cleaning lady had to return to Poland; and at that time, I switched to a different cleaning service.

Dogma was extremely responsive in the communication and scheduling. I purchased a deep cleaning service. The women that came were very professional and detail oriented. Overall, I was very pleased with the cleaning service. The only disappointment was that I was quoted a flat fee for a checklist of items. By the time they were almost finished the owner called me and switched to an hourly fee because it took them longer than anticipated. I had to pay 50% more than I was quoted. I paid the difference because the women did such a great job and I tipped them very well, but I was disappointed that the pricing structure was switched at the last minute on me. I would use them again because the service was outstanding, but have a clear pricing structure up front.

UPDATE: Per the response below: I gave feedback in person and through email. Posting one example of it seems petty. As a company focused on customer service, you should take the feedback and make changes to better serve your customers. It's a shame that you have to take this kind of position. Just reassures me that I made the right decision. I wish I could write a good review. Since moving to Chicago, it has been tough to find a reliable, stable cleaning service. I had high hopes for this group. They do a nice job of cleaning and I like the fact that they use green products. But I wish that were enough to keep their service. But it's not. It was very hard to get responses from Dagmara. I never really understood how they were charging me per hour. The first thing I said to her during our interview was that it was IMPORTANT to show up at the same day and time each time. My #1 thing. The first time, they showed up early. This time, they showed up 4 hours early. Not OK. I also gave feedback on specific items after the first cleaning. She took the info and said she would let the girls know. It didn't matter. Those items were still not taken care of and that is unacceptable. Paying for housecleaning is expensive and offers me time back to my life. But if I can't get responses from the service and they don't listen to my needs, it's not worth the stress. I'd rather just do it myself. I had a cleaner for 8 years before moving here; she was part of our family and I treated her like a queen. Why can't I seem to find reliable service here? Hire at your own risk or if you don't care when or how they do the cleaning.

I work full time and have an infant at home so cleaning the house is something that has turned into a luxury, which is not acceptable to me. I read all the reviews for Eco Cleaning and decided that I would give them a try. OMG! They cleaned everything from the floors, baseboards,fixtures, windows, ceiling fans..I could go on and on. I had a team of 2 woman who came in and went right to work. (They do not speak much english but understand the basics) I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch home. with 2 large dogs and a baby. After they were done, you wouldn't think I owned pets or had a child (except for the telltale baby toys around the house)...everything smelled CLEAN and everything SHINED. In fact, I had friends come over a couple of days after they cleaned my house and they were astonished that they couldn't find a spec of dust in my home! :) This is the way I clean my house when I used to have the time! I have used other cleaning services and they were just Ok. There was always something that wasn't cleaned or dusted or straightened and unfortunately, I grew to accept it. I believe you get what you pay for. I paid less for the other service but received a whole lot less! I highly recommend Dagmara and her crew...she cares about her business and her customers and the pride shows through through their work.

I have been using Eco cleaning service for the past 6 months twice a month. They provide meticulous service from the bottom up, cleaning all baseboards, window ledges and even door knobs. I really liked the girl who did the initial consultation - she was wonderful. She explained everything and the cleaner was very thorough. It's like I don't have any dogs at all! I highly recommend them!

I have used the service just once, but will use them again -- definitely. Compared to other services I have used over the years, the Eco-Clean Gang is every bit as good, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend them. They were a bit late, but my address was hard to find. They came in, went right to work, and worked at a good pace for the 2 hours that the 3 of them were here. There were certain spots in the house that I "watched" to be sure they cleaned, and they did and more. All in all, if you want your house cleaned, and cleaned right, I would highly recommend Eco-Clean.

This service was very professional and the girls arrived right on time and worked the entire 5 hrs. They were friendly and thorough. It was very refreshing to have this level of service provided as promised. Great job!

To start off on the positives, they were quite accommodating to our urgent needs, especially considering the holiday season. They were very responsive in getting back to us on the few times that we had to call them with questions. But that was pretty much on the high side. Three girls came to do the entire house cleaning and every one of them had a very hard time understanding English and it made it very difficult to converse/convey most of what we had to say. After they vacuum cleaned the house, we found pet hair by the carpet edges and when requested to clean those, they cleaned it with wet wash cloths. There was nothing bad about this until they used the same wash cloths to clean the kitchen countertops and cabinets essentially transferring the pet hair to these locations. Also when they cleaned the bathrooms and the bedrooms, and since my wife was pregnant, we felt the odor was a little too strong and so we opened up the windows. To compensate for the cold weather, we did pump up the heat up to 80 degrees and we did let the girls know as well. We felt that they could have very well communicated it back to us if it wasn't comfortable for them. Rather they chose to call the owner/provider and complained that we are making it very uncomfortable for them. Even after they were done cleaning, there were places where we still found dust and dirt quite untouched and these were cabinets well within their reach. Couple other things, that I would say on the high side, was that they put extra effort in cleaning the oven which was quite messy and they did a good job cleaning it. Also, when we called and gave feedback to the owner, she apologized and offered to give some discount on our next cleaning service. But, on the overall we were very dissatisfied with their service and we don't feel that we would be back with them again.

I hired Eco Cleaning to clean my new home from top to bottom before I moved in. Dagmara provided an estimate in advance and the final cost was in line with the estimate. Her team worked so hard to make my new home sparkle. There was dust from floor refinishing in addition to the usual needs. They were attentive to the little details and I was delighted with the final outcome. I later hired them to do a 'move-out' cleaning for the home I was selling.

WOW is all I can say about this company. We have a pretty large home and when they sent in ONE girl, I was really worried. We had set a price that we didn't want to go above and I thought for the amount of hours that we decided on would never work with one girl. When we got back into the house we were all amazed. It has never been as clean as it was. The head lady you speak with when scheduling is a very nice lady. She is very willing to work with your price range. I told her the areas that were my main concerns and then told her anything that could be cleaned after that would be a bonus. I had no idea they would hit all of our rooms, floors and carpet. Really great job.
