Description of Work: I paid for a certain amount of time. 4 hours for 2 workers. Yjey kept on working past the time I paid for and was told to pay more money. If I only pay for X amount of hours why are you still working?

Description of Work: Initial correspondence with the company was great and they were punctual. In six hours, we were able to get better-quality and more comprehensive cleaning with a different provider. We did not have clutter out, but they did not move small things to vacuum around and did not vacuum along the baseboards or into the corner. There was definitely a language barrier. They still used their own chemicals to clean, despite my wife's request for them to use our materials. There was a lot left undone and my wife, who was there & is very easy going, was livid.

Description of Work: I purchased the coupon to Eco Cleaning MSDL Inc for $238 for 7 Hours of Housecleaning on April 8th. I was contacted by Dagmara that day through email. She gave me a few options to schedule the service. However, I was hoping to schedule the cleaning service earlier than what she offered because I have tenants moving in earlier than I expected. I asked if I could be scheduled earlier and Dagmara responded within 24 hours that they did not have any openings in my time frame but would let me know if anyone else canceled. Because I wanted to ensure the apartment was cleaned in time, I let her know that I would have to find someone else and I would request a refund for the coupon. Dagmara was understanding and easy to communicate with. I ended up scheduling a cleaning appointment with a different service that I also found through Angie's List.

Description of Work: A team of three women came to clean our house in a pinch. They were here for 2 .5 hours to clean our 4 bedroom 3 bath house (7 person hours). They did not clean our play area in the attic, or the older part of the basement. Overall they did an ok job on the main living area of the house. I found considerable mold in the guest bathroom shower that they told me they had cleaned as well as a dirty floor. My regular cleaning person cleans our house thoroughly in 5 hours (5 person hours). She also does not charge as much as Eco does and that is with a complimentary extra .5 hour.

Description of Work: Clean, dust & de-fur my home every two weeks. 2 stories plus a finished basement. | |They're great. I have the same people come out. They do a great job and are very nice. I am on a scheduled time & day and it's nice to come home to a house that is cleaned. I bad about putting some of my fragile pieces away & knock on wood, not one item broken. There are two kitties, whose hair is everywhere and my one cat sneezes everywhere. They do a very good job in cleaning up cat fur & sneezes. It's great when I come home from work & don't have housework. It is worth the price for time, energy & products.

Description of Work: They cleaned our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The house really needed a deep cleaning. When I came home from work it was spotless. They even bleached the dish drainer, ceiling fans were sparkling. I have 4 dogs, lots of hair, dirt tracked in, they did a fabulous job. Dagmara, the owner was wonderful working with me to fit the cleaning into my schedule. It was that very foggy morning, the girls who were coming were going to be a little late, Dagmara called to let us know. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The cleaning team of two cleaned my master bedroom and bath, changed sheets, vacuumed the hallways and stairs, cleaned my hardwood floors and my entire downstairs. The ladies arrived on time and did a great job on very short notice. I was released from the hospital the day before, called the next day, and the cleaning was done the very same day that I called.. The price included the cost of reusable cleaning rags that the team was kind enough to purchase for me and brought along.
