+ -1 moreWhen I saw the quality of the workmanship I was very disappointed and then on top of that he charged me more than the original quote. When I mentioned my disappointment to Derek he did not try to make the situation any better. I would never use him again. He basically overcharges for shoddy work. Also hounds you for invoice payment. I must have received 20 reminders within one week.
